-Faced with the threat of the lions, he prayed. . . as usual

-King afraid of losing his best administrator
-Anxiety keeps him from eating, sleeping
-Tells Daniel he hopes Daniel’s God rescues him
Daniel Saved, The King Believes (Daniel 6:19 – 28)
-Daniel immediately gives God the credit
-King believes in Daniel’s God, issues decree for all to believe
