She is a Master holder in Education Administration from Universiti Putra
Malaysia (UPM). After graduated with Bachelor of Science with Education from
Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2005, she started her career with Majlis
Amanah Rakyat (MARA) as Graduate Education Services Officer DG41
(Biology teacher) at Mara Junior Science College (MJSC). During her services
with MARA, she has been teaching at three MJSC which are MJSC Kuala
Terengganu, MJSC Gemencheh and MJSC Kuala Kubu Bharu. After 5 years
services at MJSC, she transferred to Ministry of Education (MOE) and was
assigned as Biology teacher at SMK TTDI Jaya, Shah Alam in Selangor. After
2 years at SMK TTDI Jaya, she moved to BeaconHouse International School to
teach Science subject. She have total of 13 years experiences teaching
Biology and Science subject for primary and secondary level.

During her services with MJSC, she has been highly involved in item
development for MJSC trial examination. She has also actively conducted
workshop for programme excellence for Form 5 and Form 3 students at various
MJSC in Malaysia. She has been appointed as Head of Department for
Science Department for 5 years in a row at different institution she was
involved with.

She is a certified HRDF (Ministry of Human Resource) trainer and certified
Professional Learning Facilitator (Mastery) and involves in many workshops
with more than 100 organisations in industry and education field. She is also a
certified Neuro Linguistic Hypno Therapist (NLHT–NLP) practitioner and has
been practicing the approach to facilitate learning in all programs for more than
six years now. She is the founder of IR Supplementary Education Centre which
operates at Subang Bestari, Shah Alam and she has developed three
development programs involving students and parents which are Teknik
Belajar Sains (TiBS), Take Charge! Your Exam and Program Minda Cemerlang
(MiCe). Now, she is pursuing her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction at
Universiti Putra Malaysia since September 2016.
