This tutorial presents the functionalities of entering a Reference Sheet.

As a Project Manager or Assistant / Refereer, if you feel it is necessary to create a
Reference Sheet including the detailed description of the project and services, as
well as visuals, click on Create a Sheet on the top of the form.  
The following menu will be displayed.

Fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in.

Good to know!
Once your Reference Sheet has been completed, you can view the finished
design by clicking on View the Artelia Sheet on the top of the form.

Short project description
and assignments
Fill in concisely this field
with a text of up to 700
characters (including
spaces).

Detailed project description
This detailed description gives details on the technical aspects
of the project, the issues at stake and the solutions provided.
Services
List the services performed.
Detailed assignments
Detail the missions entrusted to Artelia.

Value improvement/distinctive characteristics

Describe with facts and figures the initiatives taken by our teams and the solution
proposed to create value for the client. If applicable, state the percentage of
Artelia’s fees in the project’s investment amount. Explain the real advantages
that the client has benefited from in terms of revenue generation, cost and time
savings, quality and HSE improvments...

Good to know! You can choose to make the added value exportable
in certain formats (PowerPoint, etc) by checking the associated box.

Choose the service(s) among those proposed in the drop-down list.

Choose the market(s) among those proposed in the drop-down list.

Attach, if necessary, the project to an Artelia Cluster.

Artelia Role on the assignment
Check the role among those proposed in the list (sole-consultant,
lead firm, associated firm, sub-consultant).

Good to know! Use the star* and not the dash to make
a bulleted list. Multiply the stars to create sub-levels
(example: **).

Current name displayed on extract
Choose the name among those proposed in the drop-down list (client, owner,
owner’s representative or other). This name will appear on the exported
Reference Sheets.
Type of client
Fill in the type of client (private, public, etc).

Client name
Fill in the client name.

To add one or more partners, click on the symbol
and then complete the fields.

Name
Fill in the partner name.
Check the partner’s role among the proposed choices (sub contractor,
representative or co-contractor).
Number of staff-months of the project assignement
Fill in the number of employees.
Tick the box Exportable if you wish to display this information on the exported
Reference Sheets.

To add one or more key staff involved in the project, click on the symbol
and complete the following fields:
. Name(s).
. Function(s).
. Total number of staff-months of the project assignement (Artelia key staff and
freelance involved, all types of contracts) per month who participated to the mission.
. Number of Artelia professional staff-months.

Click on the symbol + to add a photo.
Click on the symbol x to delete a photo.
Click on the up or down arrow to change the position of the photo.

Indicate the copyright of the visual as well as the
end of use date, if necessary.
Visuals must be imported as jpg or png.
