MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

Happy Holidays

Looking through this month’s edition of View from the Bay, I am reminded of the great
team we have. From those who have been with us from the early days of Bay Equity, to
those who recently joined us in Florida, all share many things in common. Here are just
a few. Professionals who understand the challenges of the industry and are committed
to doing what it takes to stay strong and position ourselves for the future. People of
great character who gladly share their enthusiasm for Bay Equity with their co-workers,
industry partners and community. And, a shared sense of family, recognizing the
importance of those in our lives.
As we prepare to close the books on 2018 and tackle the inevitable industry obstacles of
2019, I have never been more proud of Team Bay. Happy Holidays!

Team Bay Celebrates

We do love a good celebration. You’ll find plenty evidence of that in the next few pages.
We start with photos from Halloween. Each and very photo is pretty amazing. Add an
office party, a cookie party and an inspiring charity event for a great cause. Together the
stitch the story of great people who work hard in this tough business and yet make time
to celebrate with each other and be thankful for what we have.
The focus on Team Bay always delivers with kudos to those who day after day show the
value of teamwork. Thanks to all who for exceptional effort in 2018. I look forward to
seeing Team Bay in action in 2019. Happy Holidays!
