Welcome to the summer of 2018, and our second
installment of the BeWell quarterly newsletter.
In this issue, we’ll look at some tips for mapping your next trip to
the grocery store to find where the most wholesome food choices
are hiding! We’ll also delve into ways to protect yourself from the
damaging effects of too much sun.
As always, we’ll also include some great diet and exercise tips and
easy, healthful recipes. Summer is a time to be enjoyed, and your
healthy choices can make it even better.
This newsletter and our BeWell online wellness platform have
been met with much enthusiasm. We continue to be excited about
offering our employees the resources to help achieve and maintain
good health.
