FOREWORD

Hanoi Association of People with Disabilities (DP Hanoi) compose and publish a brief
version of “A Handbook of job orientation and job search for people with disabilities”.
This summary will help you to answer some questions about your job orientation
and searching for your employment.

This brief version includes some key areas such as job orientation for people with
disabilities, job search, job maintenance, self-employment and some laws and legal
policies relating to employment, training and accessibility. To get a full version of this
handbook, please access to t http://dphanoi.org.vn to get a softcopy or contact DP
Hanoi for a printed version.

DP Hanoi would like to thank the Rehabilitation International to sponsor producing
this book and print them out. On the occasion of RI’s 100th anniversary (1922 - 2022),
we hope this handbook will contribute to the core values that RI - International
Rehabilitation Organization and its member organizations are pursuing and towards.
