When the logo is used over colored backgrounds and textures use the Ceviches by Divino Franchise Style Manual | Date
white version. When using the Logo over photography a shadow effect
may be used if needed.
The following promotional logo images are provided by the Franchise.
In the event that you want to modify any Ceviches by Divino
marketing materials, or you want to use materials you prepared or
had prepared at your request, you must submit a copy of the proposed
advertising materials, along with the Advertising Approval Request
Form (refer to the appendix), to Ceviches by Divino at least 2 weeks
prior to the first intended use
The Ceviches by Divino experience calls for full bleed photography.
Photography can satisfy not just the lust for food, but for authentic
experience. High Contrast / Full color images are enhanced by adding
contrast and a vignette to give a warm and energetic appearance.
Only photographs provided by the Ceviches by Divino Franchise may
be used in the marketing. The same policy also applies to video.

Let’s keep the logo intact, play? Don’t start making stuff up. Ceviches by Divino Franchise Style Manual | Date
• Do not alter color from accepted standards.
• Do not fill the logomark or wordmark with patterns or photography
or add special effects.
• Do not screen the logo.
• Do not place the logo within a line of text.
• Do not overprint the logo on complex Photographs or textures that
will show through the open spaces of the logo.
• Don’t distort, stretch, or alter the logo in any way
• Don’t rotate logo
• Don’t apply transparency effects to the logo
• Don’t use gradients within the logo
• Always use logo in its vertical form
• Do not rotate or change to accomodate image.

Our Dress Code reflects the industrial fine craft of our food. Ceviches by Divino Franchise Style Manual | Date
As ambassadors of the Ceviches by Divino Brand, you should
feel proud of your own look as you tie on the gray apron.
Employees are responsible for keeping the tshirts, caps, and aprons
looking sharp—laundered, free of holes, tears, stains, etc.
No other modifications should be made to the apron unless specified
by the Guidelines.
More information about purchasing uniforms is provided in the
Appendix. Additional branded (not required) clothing items for
patrons sales are also located in the Appendix of this Manual.
