THIRD-PARTY ACCESS TO ENGINEERING REPORTS ARE PROHIBITED UNLESS
AUTHORIZED BY THE REPORT OWNER.
1. An engineering 'report' is written or verbal information specified and produced by the
engineer of record. A 'report owner' is the person or entity that originally engaged the
engineer to produce the report.
2. A 'third-party' is a person or entity that does not own the engineering report. Engineering
report ownership shall not be transferred, assigned, or otherwise conveyed to any person or
entity without the express written consent of the engineer of record.
3. 'Report access' may include verbal or written disclosure of report contents.
4. The engineer cannot discuss report contents with any third-party unless authorized by the
report owner. Additional fees may apply.
5. Authorization may include the report owner's written consent/waiver.
6. Interested third parties must book an appointment online to discuss the contents of the report
after authorization has been received by the reporting engineer.
