ผลในการปรบั การสอนของครู

4. ความเปน็ มาและความสาคัญของปัญหา

การจัดการเรียนการสอนปัจจุบันน้ี การเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศมีความสาคัญและจาเป็นอย่างย่ิงใน
ชีวิตประจาวัน เนื่องจากเป็นเครื่องมือสาคัญในการติดต่อส่ือสาร การศึกษา การแสวงหาความรู้
การประกอบอาชีพ การสร้างความเข้าใจเก่ียวกับวัฒนธรรมและวิสัยทัศน์ของชุมชนโลก และตระหนักถึงความ
หลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมและมุมมองของสังคมโลก นามาซึ่งมิตรไมตรีและความร่วมมือกับประเทศต่างๆ ช่วย
พัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีความเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อ่ืนดีข้ึน เรียนรู้และเข้าใจความแตกต่างของภาษาและวัฒนธรรม
ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณี การคิด สังคม เศรษฐกิจ การเมือ ง การปกครอง มีเจตคติท่ีดีต่อการใช้
ภาษาต่างประเทศ และสามารถใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศเพ่ือการส่ือสารได้ รวมท้ังเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ต่างๆ ได้ง่ายและ
กว้างข้ึน และมีวิสัยทัศน์ในการดาเนินชีวิต ภาษาต่างประเทศท่ีเป็น สาระการเรียนรู้พื้นฐาน ซ่ึงกาหนดให้เรียน
ตลอดหลกั สูตรการศกึ ษาขั้นพ้ืนฐาน คือ ภาษาองั กฤษ ส่วนภาษาต่างประเทศอื่น เช่น ภาษาฝรั่งเศส เยอรมัน จีน
ญ่ปี นุ่ อาหรับ บาลี และภาษากลมุ่ ประเทศเพอื่ นบา้ น หรือภาษาอ่ืนๆ ให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของสถานศึกษาท่ีจะจัดทา
รายวชิ าและจัดการเรียนรูต้ ามความเหมาะสม (กระทรวงศกึ ษาธิการ, 2553) โดยการเรียนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้
ภาษาต่างประเทศ มุ่งหวังให้ผู้เรียนมีเจตคติท่ีดีต่อภาษาต่างประเทศ สามารถใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศ สื่อสารใน
สถานการณ์ต่างๆ แสวงหาความรู้ ประกอบอาชีพ และศึกษาต่อในระดับท่ีสูงขึ้น รวมท้ังมีความรู้ความเข้าใจใน
เรือ่ งราวและวัฒนธรรมอันหลากหลายของประชาคมโลก และสามารถถ่ายทอดความคิดและวัฒนธรรมไทยไปยัง
สงั คมโลกได้อย่างสรา้ งสรรค์ ประกอบด้วยสาระสาคัญ ดังนี้ คือ ภาษาเพื่อการสื่อสาร ภาษาและวัฒนธรรม ภาษา
กับความสัมพันธ์กับกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้อื่น การใช้ภาษาต่างประเทศในการเชื่อมโยงความรู้กับกลุ่มสาระการ
เรยี นรอู้ ่นื ภาษากบั ความสมั พนั ธก์ บั ชมุ ชนและโลก (กระทรวงศกึ ษาธิการ, 2553)

ถงึ แม้ภาษาอังกฤษจะสาคัญ แตก่ ารจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ
โดยเฉพาะวิชาภาษาอังกฤษยังไม่ประสบความสาเร็จเท่าที่ควร เห็นได้จากผลการทดสอบในระดับต่างๆ เช่น การ
ทดสอบระดับชาติขั้นพ้ืนฐาน (O-NET) ที่พบว่า ผลการทดสอบวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉล่ีย
ค่อนข้างต่าในทุกระดับช้ันท่ีทาการทดสอบ โดยโรงเรียนศรีแก้งคร้อ มีผลการทดสอบระดับชาติขั้นพ้ืนฐาน (O-
NET) ของนักเรียนระดับช้ันประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2560-2562 เฉลี่ยร้อยละ 34.82, 36.01 และ 33.17
ตามลาดบั (สถาบันทดสอบทางการศึกษาแหง่ ชาต,ิ 2563) ซง่ึ ตา่ กวา่ คะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับประเทศท้ังสามปีการศึกษา
และจากผลการประเมินผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษของชั้นประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ในปลายปีการศึกษา
2560 – 2562 พบว่า นักเรียนท่ีได้ผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียนระดับ 3 (ดี) ข้ึนไปคิดเป็นร้อยละ 69.17, 43.01 และ
40.74 ตามลาดบั ซ่งึ ถือว่ามคี ่าเฉลย่ี ท่ีอยใู่ นเกณฑพ์ อใช้

ผ้วู ิจัยจึงไดด้ าเนินการเตรยี มความพรอ้ มเพื่อยกระดบั คุณภาพผ้เู รียนในปกี ารศกึ ษา 2563 โดยศึกษา
งานวิจัยด้านการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์การทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติ พบว่า ทิพวรรณ นาเชียงใต้ (2561) ได้
ดาเนนิ การพฒั นาผลสมั ฤทธก์ิ ารทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติ โรงเรียนศรีสาราญวิทยาคม สังกัด สานักงานเขต
พ้ืนที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 21 โดยจากจัดการติวเข้มโดยครูผู้สอน พบการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เรียนมีผลการ
ทดสอบระดับชาติสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสาคัญ จากการศึกษางานวิจัยข้างต้น ผู้วิจัยจึงได้ดาเนินการศึกษาและ
วิเคราะหผ์ ลการสอบในปกี ารศกึ ษาที่ผ่านมา ศึกษาจุดแข็ง จุดควรพัฒนา มาตรฐาน/ตัวช้ีวัดตามหลักสูตรท่ีผู้เรียน
ยังมีความรู้ความเข้าใจนอ้ ยหรอื นอ้ ยมาก นามาพฒั นาวางแผน ปรับปรุงแกไ้ ข จากเหตุผลดังกล่าว ผู้วิจัยได้เล็งเห็น
ถึงความสาคัญและต้องการรกั ษาระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรยี นของผ้เู รยี นให้อยู่ในระดบั ทีส่ งู อย่างต่อเน่ืองทุกปีและ
ให้บรรลุผลตามวิสัยทัศน์ของโรงเรียนที่กล่าวไว้ว่า "เป็นโรงเรียนชั้นนาวิชาการ" จึงได้จัดแนวทางการพัฒนา
ผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียนด้วยด้วยแบบทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติ ขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) ของนักเรียนชั้น
ประถมศกึ ษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศกึ ษา 2563
5. วัตถปุ ระสงค์การวิจัย

เพ่ือยกระดบั ผลสัมฤทธ์ิทางการเรียนวชิ าภาษาอังกฤษดว้ ยแบบทดสอบการศึกษาระดบั ชาตขิ ั้นพ้นื ฐาน
(O-NET) วชิ าภาษาองั กฤษ ของนกั เรียนชน้ั ประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ปีการศึกษา 2563

การพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษด้วยแบบทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติข้ันพ้ืนฐาน (O-
NET) วิชาภาษาองั กฤษ ของนกั เรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2563 เป็นการทดลองโดยใช้แบบทดสอบ
การศึกษาระดับชาติขน้ั พ้ืนฐาน (O-NET) วชิ าภาษาอังกฤษ ของนกั เรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ปีการศึกษา 2560-
2562 และข้อสอบ Pre-ONET ปีการศึกษา 2562 แบบทดสอบแต่ละชุดมีจานวน 40 ข้อ คะแนนเต็ม 100
คะแนน ใช้เวลาท้งั สน้ิ 2 เดอื น โดยแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะดงั นี้

2. ดาเนนิ การจดั กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน (ติวเข้ม) โดยการเฉลยแบบทดสอบ Pre-ONET

3. ผูเ้ รยี นทาทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพ้ืนฐาน (O-NET) วิชาภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนช้ัน
ประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ปีการศึกษา 2560-2561 โดยให้ทาช่ัวโมงละ 10 ข้อ จากนั้นครูจะทาการเฉลยทันที เพื่อเป็น
การตรวจสอบความรคู้ วามเข้าใจของผู้เรียนพร้อมอธิบายเพิ่มเติมในส่วนที่ผู้เรียนยังไม่เข้าใจ เมื่อเฉลยครบ 40 ข้อ
ในแต่ละปีการศึกษา ครูจะตรวจเช็คคะแนนผู้เรียนพร้อมมอบของรางวัลให้ผู้เรียนท่ีมีคะแนนสูงสุด 3 ลาดับแรก
เพ่อื สร้างแรงกระตนุ้ และความสนใจในการทาข้อสอบ

ภาษาอังกฤษ ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จานวน 40 ข้อ คะแนนเต็ม 100 คะแนน
พบว่า ไดเ้ ฉลีย่ ร้อยละ 31.25 หลังจากตวิ เขม้ พบวา่ ปีการศึกษา 2560 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 32.77 ปีการศึกษา
2561 มคี ะแนนเฉล่ยี ร้อยละ 35.36

ระยะที่ 2 ระยะตรวจสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจและการนาไปใช้ของผู้เรียน โดยใช้แบบทดสอบการศึกษา

อภิปรายผล
การประเมินคุณภาพผู้เรียนการทดสอบระดับชาติข้ันพ้ืนฐาน (O-NET) ของนักเรียนระดับช้ัน
ประถมศึกษาปีท่ี 6 ปีการศึกษา 2563 โดยการติวเข้มด้วยวิธีการทบทวนความรู้เดิม การคิดวิเคราะห์ในเรื่องต่าง
ได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผล การตอบคาถามรวมไปถึงการวิเคราะห์ตัวช้ีวัดตามโครงสร้างข้อสอบ (Test-blueprint)
พบว่า ในระยะที่ 2 และ 3 ผู้เรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเพิ่มข้ึนจากการทดสอบในระยะแรก จากแบบทดสอบ Pre-Onet
ปกี ารศกึ ษา 2562

ตามโครงสร้างของข้อสอบ พบว่า ผู้เรียนมีคะแนนเฉล่ียเพ่ิมขึ้นเม่ือได้รับการติวเข้ม การแนะนา และ

อธิบายอย่างสมา่ เสมอ
1. โรงเรยี นควรให้ความสาคัญกับการทดสอบระดบั ชาติขน้ั พนื้ ฐาน (O-NET) ของนักเรียนช้ันประถมศึกษา

2. ส่งเสริมการสรา้ งความตระหนกั ใหแ้ กผ่ ู้เรียนถึงความสาคญั ในการทดสอบระดบั ชาติขัน้ พน้ื ฐาน

Hi Ping,

Some test tubes got broken while we were getting off the train. As you know,
