My autobiography

My autobiography

I am Teshome Forsido; I was born on February 2, 1990 in Ashira-Shinchicho rular city, Central Ethiopia/SNNP/. We are seven siblings in the family. I am the seventh child. My mother’s name is Achame Dalecha, MY Father’s name is Forsido Adilo, He was A farmer, I don`t know my father when he died for I was of breastfeeding age.

I had completed preparatory school with the field of social science; almost all of my earlier educational ages were full of ups and downs due to poor and low living standard of my family. Our mother and our alder brother had pied priceless effort for our family existence. The incredible value I have got from our alder brother was not something i can define, specially his spiritual strength and personal effort he had made our family survive among a lot of life challenges. He were the one who had molded my life, he was the one who were shaped me to visualize my future above the obstacles that surrendered me during the time. He was the one who I had fully depended, even until realizing the presence of God in my life.

Until i had completed preparatory school with the field of social science, my life was miserable. During my high school days, I spent my time in church spiritual programs like prayer team, choir teams, and playing guitar to choirs. And also i was used to spend my personal time by reading, fasting and praying, in bush where no one expects me to be there.

what so ever challenges and limitations i was facing for, i had a happy childhood living with my family and strong spiritual relation with local church friends • Every phase of my life has been full of challenges. On top of that, 2001, when I left the family and spiritual community I grew up in and went to university, that `was another year of suffering for me.

After one of my friends who were about coming back to Hawassa University because of weather condition in samara university told me that, I come to my mind and planned to do something. An idea flushed in to my mind was that convincing my brother that I couldn`t continue my education there. Then I called him and said, I will not return to Home, for i did not pass the University exam, and I will get lost anywhere. Then he tried to calm me down and advised me if I coudn`t continue learning he would have another solution, After he had checked that registration period does not ended in Hawassa university, he called and told me to be registered at Hawassa University. Then I join behavioral science filed sociology department and I graduated in 2012.

• By September 2009, I went to Jigjiga university. It was my first time to live away from my family. I had a hard time in adjusting to a new environment, with different culture and dialect as well. • I was suffered for culture-shock of campus life, and I spent my hard days and long nights. I fail to survive but it was not due to educational, it was the problem of different factors like very Hot wither condition, food I eat, salty water I drank, political insatiability, and fear of bomb explosion each night at the city, and etc. then I feel hapless to continue as such.

When I was in Hawassa University there is additional cost but no more additional income. i hade to work any work i find to overcome the university challenge, there for I was student, I was church servant, par time worker, I was farmer, I was trader, the reason i had to pass that all ups and dawns before and during my 1st degree graduation was for two reasons, one for survival and the 2nd for searching myself. During the three University years, i usually spent my weekend’s church and tabor mountain half day reading and half day prayer. My hobbies were reading the bible, playing volleyball, playing Guitar and worshiping Holy God.

Since I was a child, I used to trust my God with all my heart, saying that my life is in your hands, so I faced the trials of life with joy. Compared to many others, I passed with better results than I expected When the 8th grade regional exam, and 10th grade national exam, students were ahead of me in the class, most of them are not able to get a passing score even. I have paid special attention to education since the 9th grade. Before that, I was good only in language. I received special attention from my family on education when I passed the entrance exam from prep school to university The greatest privilege I received from my family was the strength of spiritual life that I had applied to my whole life. God is in control and has ben so good for me wherever I Go whatever I do!!!!

My elders were those who served diligently in the church and set an example. Above all, my brother's hard work and strength is a hardworking all-round model that everyone admires. He was a farmer. He was a merchant. He was also a church minister and musician. He was a student. He was a leader and actively participated in all social life. Not only did he perform all these tasks diligently, but I have never seen him fail and despair when he was running them all side by side. Apart from leading an amazing personality and an exemplary life, the cost of running poor family cannot be underestimated. When he taught me my degree before I finished my diploma, he told me to be a man, not that you will fight me tomorrow. But today, he considers his hard work to be a god and is leading a better life as a father of children.

In 2005, when I graduated from Hawassa University in the field of sociology, I was working as a partimer at Hawassa College of Health Sciences. I competed for internal promotion but, thanks to the college Dean and the management couldn`t allowed me to pass. I were not able to have the current success if I were deployed there. while I was working there and looking for a job, a state-level scholarship was announced from the federal government. The desired pass point, field of study and required age level are all what I fit, I was examined and surprisingly passed and able to join PGD at Sandafa.

Episode 1: When we were coming from Jigjiga University, there were 15 people in the minibus. i. It was raining incessantly. ii. It was too far to go back and forth on the top of a mountain called Hirna, where there was a 100% slop road. Cause sauce. Heavy fog and rain covered the road, so it was impossible to see the road. iii. The driver and his assistant who were driving were driving with chewing chat, so they were instinctively deriving in darkness on that winding road. iv. We were informed that there are a robbers at that mountain who robs and kills many passengers during the season. v. While we were to passing across the tip of the Hirna mont, our car turned to right edge of the road because the road was not visible, the driver shouted and said that OMG OMG….the care is out my control…then the care overturned, no one died we fell into shock again after we seeing the place where our car overturned with about one M distance a big cliff that none of us could be seen. I am that person who survived the death brink with only a minor injury to my/his leg and is still alive today by God's mercy.

Episode 2: One of our friends who was working together on spare time labor work at Hawassa, when I we were 1st yr. student, he was suffered from typhoid, His soul is there, but he does not know himself. That young girl who went his home to visited, found him in his private room falls to her knees in shock and begins to pray, rolling on the ground and praying in tears; In the middle of that, his soul returns as if it were a dream. He rose up on her prayer saying it were better to be there in new world which is beautiful. He gate up from death for the 2nd time.

Episode 3 One of our fried lost his mother in 20098. At the same time, while he was returning to Addis Ababa from Durame city, two public buses collided head-on at the entrance to Halaba city, killing 8 people from the city he was in, while the others were seriously injured. But he saw that problem in a dream and said that the dream he had for his brother's wife was not good, pray for me and left the house. The God he trusted saved him. The man who knocked at the door of death with all those 3 rounds of hard knocks is the man who is living an extra life today; That man he is me who has been narrating as a history is me
