We haven taken the traditional Group Insurance and Group Retirement Savings
Programs offered by many brokers and financial planners, and provided a number
of enhancements that give these products a greater value to you, the business
owner, and your employees.

Our dedicated team will review traditional employee benefit programs, offer unique
plan design options, and ensure competitiveness of the program. With mid-year
experience updates on your premiums and claim figures, you will be aware of what
pricing changes may be coming with your renewal so you can plan your budgets
accordingly.



Interpret you claims data.

We don’t just simply accept an insurer’s renewal position. Our analysts will review
the claim patterns and complete their own independent analysis to negotiate a fair
renewal position for you. Sometimes the claims will provide valuable information
such as clues to trends that are happening in your work place.

“Why isn’t my claim paid!?”

Insurers sometimes make mistakes. Our team of experts provide an objective
opinion on the Insurer’s contract interpretation, and assist your employees with
either an appeal or understanding.

You are the expert in your business, as we are in our own. Sometimes, you just need
to call someone who is experienced in dealing with the type of situation you’re
facing. Often, brokers will send you directly to the Insurer for you to navigate through
the Insurer’s systems on your own. We will assign you a Service Representative who
will navigate these systems on your behalf and present you with the final outcome.

employers and employees. For us, this takes the form of day-to-day contact,
employees meetings, workshops, bulletins, and much more. We are always
searching for creative ways to get employees and employers engaged in their
benefit programs.

It all comes down to our team. We use a hands-on approach to ensure
that your needs are being met at every step of the way. We have the ability
to support you and your staff at every level; from complex contractual
issues, to everyday administration and claims issues. Rather than having
to rely on the Insurance carrier, or deal with it internally, we will be there to
assist you. Think of us as an extension of your Human Resource depart-
ment. Our team is your team!

Team

Service Team:

Our friendly, knowledgeable Service Team has over 100 years of combined experience
A Service Team member will be assigned to each of our clients and that team member
becomes the clients’ primary contact. The Service Team member will assist with the
day to day administration, training, support, complex contractual issues, and employee
coverage and claims issues.

Life & Disability Team:

Life and disability claims always seem to come up at the most inopportune moments
and can cause a great deal of stress for employers, employees, and their families. A
Life and Disability Team member will help to alleviate that stress by assisting the
employer and the employee with the submission of Life and Disability claims. They will
become the clients’ representative when submitting the application to the insurance
carrier. They will work directly with the clients’ physician to ensure that all information is
submitted in a correct and timely manner. They will also assist the employee with follow
ups and ongoing updates.



Administration Support Team:

Our Administration Support Team is here to support you and your employees. These team
members are responsible for assisting the employer with technical contractual issues,
along with providing complex administration support. They will also assist employees with
Extended Health Care and dental claim issues. Think of the Administration Support Team
as an extension of your Human Resource Department. They will answer employee
inquiries, interpret contractual provisions, and work with your Service Representative to
provide ongoing support.

Retirement Specialist Team:

When was the last time you reviewed your retirement program? Our specialists feel it is
important that you are getting exceptional value for the investment in your employee’s
retirement future. A Retirement Specialist will assist employees with investment decisions,
provide tools and models to ensure they stay on track to meet their retirement objectives,
and assist them during the transition into retirement. This is delivered through employee
education sessions and one-on-one client meetings.
