Cocktail Recipes
Mari Mule Ingredients
A twist on the classic Moscow Mule, the Mari ● 2 oz vodka (preferably Tito’s)
Mule trades out ginger beer for Mari Ginger ● ¾ oz lime juice
● 4 oz Mari Ginger
● garnish: lime wheel
Preparation
1. Add vodka & lime juice to a copper
mug
2. Top with crushed ice
3. Top with Mari Ginger and swizzle

MARI ROYALE
2 oz champagne • 4 oz Mari Elderflower
Combine in a Collins glass over
ice. Stir, and garnish with a lemon
twist.

The Hummingbird
Ingredients Preparation

Stormy Mari Ingredients
Taking cues from the Dark & Stormy, the Stormy ● 2 oz rum, blackstrap

Preparation
1. In a Collins glass, add rum & lime
juice
2. Add ice and top with Mari Ginger

MARI-RITA
1 ½ oz tequila • ¾ oz Cointreau
¾ oz lime juice • 2 oz Mari, either flavor
Add all to a shaker with ice and
shake until chilled. Strain over ice.
Garnish with lime.

Ingredients Preparation

Amaricano Ingredients
Inspired by the classic Americano, the Amaricano ● 1 ½ oz Campari
trades out club soda for Mari Elderflower ● 1 ½ oz sweet vermouth
● Mari Elderflower
● garnish: orange peel
Preparation
1. Add Campari and sweet vermouth
to a Collins glass
2. Add ice and top with Mari

BICICLETTA
2 oz Campari • Mari Elderflower
2 oz white wine, Italian & dry
Add Campari and wine to a
highball glass. Add ice and top
with Mari. Stir gently and garnish
with an orange wheel.

Marjito Preparation Top with Mari Ginger and stir from
the bottom up.
Ingredients Muddle lime juice and mint in the
bottom of a highball glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.

THE RED-HEAD
1 ½ oz Jameson whiskey • 4 oz Mari Ginger
4 dashes Angostura bitters • lemon squeeze
Build over ice in a Collins glass.

German 75 Ingredients
The French 75’s cousin to the east, the German ● 2 oz gin
75 trades out simple syrup for Mari Elderflower ● 2 oz Mari Elderflower
● ½ oz lemon juice
● Champagne to top
● garnish: lemon twist
Preparation
1. Add the gin, Mari, and lemon to a
cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Strain into a flute and top with
champagne.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Rosemari
Ingredients Preparation
● 2 oz gin In a rocks glass, muddle the shrub Top with Mari Elderflower.
● ½ oz grapefruit shrub with rosemary. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
