GETTING IT RIGHT FROM THE START: THE PREWIRE
This is a very important phase and will define how well the project
is future proofed for the coming technology advances.

1) 4K UDTV video transmission. Just as Standard Def. was replaced by High Def., so HD will be replaced by
4K, and behind that is 8K UDTV. The size of the files and bandwidth required to download, store and watch are
immense and requires good transmission speed via quality cable.

2) We’re now running micro-duct to the main TVs because COMCAST will be going to fiber optic transmission
soon and we want to make sure that you won’t have to tear into any walls down the road. By “future proofing”
the installation, any type of A/V signal and control configuration will be in the walls ready for install.

We’ll be running other cable bundles out from the
centralized AV/IT area to the following as well:

• In-Ceiling Speakers
• Landscape speaker wiring (for future use and expansion)

• Dedicated Home Theater 5.1.4 to 9.2.4 Dolby Atmos

*Please be aware that anything that is considered smart and works wirelessly still 4
requires an ISP (Internet Service Provider) hardline connection to function. Also
anything that is app controlled requires an email to authorize usage.

LUTRON CASETA SMART DIMMING STARTER

Modernize your new construction home with Lutron’s advanced dimming technology
that allows for you to dim lighting, turn them on and off, as well as adjust the speed of
your ceiling fan with just a touch of a button. The dimmers will work with dimmable LED,
CFL, Incadescent and Halogen Bulbs.
