My HOMESTAR Mortgage app, THE MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR MUST:

• Create the realtor as a partner first
• Co-brand them
• Share the app with the realtor partner

The realtor can then go in and add their information on the WEB ONLY.

ON THE SHARED APP, THE REALTOR CAN:
• Share the app
• View info about shared loans
• Chat with the Mortgage Loan Originator and borrower

• Adds/changes his information in the co-branding with

To share the app with
one of his real estate
clients, whose name
is Scooby Doo,
MR. SLATE:
• Navigates to the

upper right-hand
corner of his screen.
• Clicks “SHARE APP.”

AFTER CLICKING “SHARE APP,” MR. SLATE:
• Chooses whether to email or text the link to Scooby Doo (or he can do both).
• Decides to send a text to Scooby Doo, so he clicks “Text Link.”

There is also a QR code available.

QR code and include it on:

Marketing materials • Emails • Etc.
The QR code is co-branded with

• Customizes the message to the client.
• Includes a note to the Mortgage

Loan Originator (the client does not see this).
• Clicks “SEND.”

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS:
• The text goes to the prospective client just like it came to

MR. SLATE as the partner.
• The client clicks on the link.

NOW Scooby Doo NEEDS TO:
• Create his password credentials.
• Log in to access the co-branded view of the app.
• Begin his application by clicking “Start your loan process.”

Scooby Doo can enter his application on either the
mobile experience or web experience.

When Scooby Doo creates his login credentials, MR. SLATE can see that Scooby Doo
is now listed as a CLIENT in his view on the My HOMESTAR Mortgage app.

To see this, MR. SLATE: Once Scooby Doo enters his application
and submits it, MR. SLATE:
• Clicks on the person icon.
• Clicks on “Clients.” • Clicks on the arrow to the left of
• Locates Scooby Doo’s name. Scooby Doo’s name.

• Sees certain fields from
Scooby Doo’s application.

• Mortgage Loan Originator Becky Cotter also co-branded her app with MR. SLATE.
• MR. SLATE then shared HER app with Mr. Man (Batman).
• MR. SLATE can now see that both of his real estate clients have started an application with his

co-branded HOMESTAR Mortgage Loan Originator.
