Client Pricing & Services
Our pricing system makes it easy for you & your clients to see the exact price they'll pay. The wholesale, client price, includes a 10% referral fee that will be paid to you. As an added membership benefit, you do not have to accompany your clients on every visit. With our unaccompanied client service, simply call ahead to schedule the appointment. Rest assured - your dedicated Account Manager will handle the selection & selling process. This means you can make more sales without having to spend time in the showroom.

Do you know of a trade professional* who would benefit by becoming a member of ProSource? If so, give us a call to let us know you are sending in a prospective member. If your associate becomes a member you will be entitled to a 2% referral check on every order over $500 placed by the new member or their client for one year. The person who refers you pays member price just like you, but this is our way of thanking you for referring new business to us.
In order to process the Member-Get-Member referral we will need to get a W-9 form for your membership records if you have not previously supplied one. So, break out those address books and business card holders and see who might be a candidate to generate some extra income for you.

POLICY PROCEDURES & TERMS
B2B CREDIT FOR MEMBERS
The ProTrade Business Credit Program makes it easy for you to do business with ProSource & balance your cash flow.
Enrollment is FREE & handled electronically. ProTrade offers credit limits according to your credit needs.
CLIENT FINANCING
As a ProSource Member, you can offer your clients special financing for up to one full year on purchases with approved credit. This powerful program provides your clients the ability to upgrade purchases or complete more rooms.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Saturday 9am to 12pm Sundays CLOSED
It is required that a 50% deposit be made based on the total cost of merchandise at the time you place your order.
Payment must be made in cash, authorized check, approved bank card, credit card or ProTrade Credit.
Members or clients assume full responsibility for installation (if any) performed, measured & inspected of merchandise. Members agree to abide by manufacturers' policies regarding returns and/or defects.
Members are informed immediately when merchandise has arrived.
Full payment on any remaining balance is due upon arrival of merchandise.
CAN I BRING A CLIENT TO THE SHOWROOM ANYTIME?
Yes, during normal business hours OR 24/7 with ProKey.
HOW ARE CLAIMS
HANDLED?
Claims are handled quickly & fairly through our in-house, After Sales Department.
DOES PROSOURCE INSTALL?
No. Rather than contracting out or providing direct service, we make a list of professional installers in the area comprised of our Members.
