Although we had conducted business for years prior, Inform Systems Data Documents, Inc. was
introduced to Many of the additional colleges and schools within the University of South Carolina of
after we were invited by Ann Cameron, the Director of Alumni Engagement for the College of Arts
and Sciences at the University of South Carolina to be speakers/ presenters at the 2012 Conference of
the South Carolina Alumni Association Directors (SCAAD in 2012). Afterwards, we began providing
ideas and products for various alumni departments.

Several unique capabilities differentiate us from other suppliers:

• We have a graphics department and our graphic artist Wayne Corbett is a graduate of the
University of South Carolina College of Communications and Information. Our graphics studio
allows us everything we need to produce any printed or imprinted item that might be needed
by any department, with the most updated tools and software. We work with your
departmental graphic designers seamlessly.

• We only use Pantone 202 garnet, black or white for imprints on white, black or gray items or
apparel in concert with strict adherence to your guidelines. We will not provide or sell you an
off-color red or color that does not meet the University of South Carolina standards.

• Inform has created unique packaging for events and assembled packaging and provided
personalization and fulfillment to internal events at the University of South Carolina.

• Very Importantly The University of South Carolina has proven to be a delivery challenge for the
subcontractors for both your FedEx and UPS stations (even before Covid). In discussions with
your schools and colleges, the noted a major issue was incorrect deliveries or incidents where
their items had been taken back to the local Fedex or UPS hub and their having to pick them
up because drivers said they could not find their building (which is questionable because
buildings like the Swearingen Engineering Center or The Medical School at the VA Hospital
have been in the same location for many, many years) .

• Inform has paid particular attention we now have ship to us and we deliver them ourselves to
the building and floor needed, whether the Swearingen Engineering Building, the School of
Medicine on Garners Ferry Road or the Close Hipp Building , Coliseum, McCutchen House or
other buildings on campus… saving departments with lower shipping costs and making sure
we maintain our 100% deliveries in time for events.

• Inform has been a resource for packaging, kitting and fulfillment, mailing or shipping products
to alumni, students, and faculty

• In discussions and planning with your schools and colleges, in this particular time where
COVID and Supply Chains present challenges, we work with your departments to make sure
inventories and deliveries meet the requirements for events.

• We maintain a website where items can be searched and orders placed.
https://isdd-online.espwebsite.com/
We receive your orders and immediately contact the buyer or department to relate any
specials, inventory issues or anything that is related to their order.

• Inform maintains relationships with off shore partners for orders that qualify and where long
lead times at reduced prices are not an issues.
