Greetings in the Precious Name of Jesus!

We would like to thank God for His faithfulness and for blessing Yes Lord’
Ministries to celebrate 25 years! As we reflect on how faithful God has been
and continues to be over these years, it brings about a variety of emotions. It
has not always been easy, but we believe it has been worth it for every soul
that has been saved, healed, delivered, trained and equipped for Kingdom
assignments. Yes Lord’ Ministries is all about Kingdom Building so the people
of God can do the ministry they have been assigned in spite of the challenges.

Although we have experienced many obstacles, we’ve learned how to wait on
God and the wait has been well worth it. God’s Grace has been our strength
and that is why we celebrate…we have come through with greater praise,
a greater prayer life and a greater anointing! The bible says in Psalm 127:1
(ESV):

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain. Unless the
Lord watches over the city, the watchman stays awake in vain.”

We have remembered that the bible verse these 25 years and it has
encouraged us to continue to trust God because He called Yes Lord’ Ministries
into existence. God has been always been there, and it is He who has brought
us through these 25 years.

So, to every person that is sharing in our 25th Year Celebration, we want to
say thank you.

Your presence, financial investment and kind words will be cherished in our
hearts for many years to come. There is so much more we could say, however
it is our prayer that you will continue to pray for us and the Yes Lord’
Ministries Church family; that we will do all that pleases God and remain
faithful to Him as He is to us.

To conclude, if ever you want to experience a powerful encounter here
at Yes Lord’ Ministries, we encourage you to Come with Expectation, All
Anticipation and Ready to Give God Acclamation.

Thank you and see you in 2021!

You have been in ministry for twenty-five years. You both have experienced the good,
the bad, the ugly and the ups and downs of ministry. People who you thought were your
spiritual friends in Christ, turned their backs on you. You have been kicked on by some
people and lied on during some of these twenty-five years. You were trying to see the Vision
of Yes Lord’ Ministries manifest so could be a successful ministry. In your hearts you want to
see souls saved, people delivered, their lives changed and transformed; to the point that they
would trust God all the way no matter what adversity they may be dealing with in their life.
Your prayer is for the people to live a happy joyous life full of God’s grace.

Yes, people wrote Yes Lord’ Ministries off, but through the adversities, God chose you
both because He knew that you were the anointed ones who could handle the pressure of the
people. He knew you would not run and hide. You have faced obstacles, but God kept you
both. Apostle as you always say, God knew that you were the only ones on your block that
He could trust to go through this situation. When the people do not want to commit to their
ministry or run with the vision that has been set by the pastor, it adds weight on the Pastors.
The congregants should lift their pastor’s arms to help remove some of the burden so the
ministry can successfully run in full force.

People have laughed at us, attacked us and spoke ill against Yes Lord’ Ministries; some
have come, some have gone, some have run away. There are those who said to you both that
they love you, they had your backs, that God placed them in Yes Lord’ Ministries and they
were not going anywhere. You may have heard this thousands of times. I know there are
probably times when you both may have wanted to give up running the ministry, but you
didn’t. Apostle Willie and Pastor Mamie when there were times you may have felt like the
pressure was to heavy too carry, you may have felt like your backs were against the wall;
the pain did not feel good, but you did not fall. You prayed and fasted when the attacks and
adversities kept coming at you. You both stood still and let the Lord fight your battles. You
did not show the pain to the ministry. You both just kept walking in faith and preaching as
if there was nothing going on. You both laid prostrate before God on behalf of the people and
yourselves, because they do not understand the responsibility of running a ministry. You both
have cried out to the father and asked him for answers while you continued to walk by Faith.

Apostle and Pastor Tolbert with the help of the Lord Jesus Christ, you both held on to
God and trusted him. Apostle and Pastor Tolbert, you have fought a good fight for twenty-
five years. You are the anointed ones that were chosen by God and He was with you through
it all. You have been Victorious through all the struggles. God gave you the courage and
strength to hold on. God trusted you and He said, He was testing you to see if you would
walk away. You did not! God said, you have passed the test, hallelujah!
Apostle and Pastor Tolbert, again look at the miracles of God. Because of your faithfulness,
belief, strength, courage, standing on the word of God, and God’s grace, in spite of all you
both have gone through; Yes Lord Ministries is still standing strong!

May the Lord Jesus Christ your savior, continue to bless you both with more Miracles,
Signs and Wonders.

Bishop Elroy & Dr. Deloris Benn

Bishop Elroy Benn has been married for over 35
years to his wife Delores, and together they have
produced three children, four grandsons and four
granddaughters. Bishop & Dr. Benn has conducted
lectures, workshops and crusades in the United
States, Canada, Kenya and the Caribbean impacting
lives for the cause of Christ. Together they are
following the mission that God has given them, to

empower the body of Christ with the necessary spiritual,
emotional, educational and social skills necessary for
individual and family enrichment, which will enable all
members to live Godly, productive, and successful lives.

Bishop Tolbert & Lady Philicia Blacknall

Bishop T.L. Blacknall is the founder and pastor of
Bethel Community Church Int’l, a thriving multi-
cultural, non-denominational church located
in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. As a unified couple,
Bishop and Lady Blacknall live by the values of
integrity and excellence and are mission-driven to
carrying out the Kingdom agenda. Their sincere
authenticity to follow God’s leading forms a
synergy that causes Bethel Community Church
to flow and operate in the immeasurable power of God. Bishop and Lady
Blacknall’s heartfelt desire is to raise up a church like
no other that is on the move for God and by God.

Pastor Carolyn A. Daughety

Carolyn A. Daughety was born the youngest child, and
the only girl weighing only 2-lbs to the late Charles and
Bessie Turner on July 11, 1945 in Brundidge, Alabama.
At the tender age of 2, the family moved to Newark,
New Jersey. She was educated in the Newark Public
School System and is a graduate of Central High School.
In addition, she is retired bank teller after 25 years. This
great woman of God gave her life to the Lord almost 50
years ago. She preached her initial sermon on January
25, 1985 and is still preaching the Gospel of Jesus
Christ. Carolyn A. Daughety was the pastor of Deliverance In Jesus Ministries

and is now a dedicated laborer of Yes Lord’ Ministries under
the leadership of senior pastor, Apostle Willie Tolbert and
pastor, Dr. Mamie S. Tolbert. She is lovingly referred to
as Mother Pastor Daughety and is highly respected and
loved by her church family. Pastor Daughety has 4 adult
children, 18 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Pastor Leslie Davis

Baptist Church in Newark, NJ for the past 29 years,
succeeding her father, Rev. Isaiah Jackson Sr. In her
early years of ministry as an evangelist, she recognized
her calling to minister to the Body of Christ because she
knew that judgement would begin in the House of the
Lord. Pastor Davis prides her ministry as being called a
“boot camp” because it is her belief that people must be
taughtinthewayofholinesstowalkoutwhattheyprofess.
Pastor Davis attended the Evangical Bible Institute. As
an active community leader, Rev. Davis also serves on
the Executive Board of the City Wide Revival in Newark
and established the Deliverance Outreach Ministries
in efforts to spread the gospel throughout the city.

Dr. Nathan & Co Pastor Regina Gainer

Dr. Nathan Gainer is an ordained elder for over
thirty years in the National Church of God in
Christ worldwide. He is the Sr. Pastor of Christ
Temple Ministries and the Superintendent of
the Central Jersey District, Church of God in
Christ, under the leadership of Bishop Hersey
L. Taylor, Central Jersey Fellowship, State of
New Jersey. Dr. Gainer served as Chairman on
the Jurisdictional Examination and Ordination
Board for the Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction.

Evangelist Regina Gainer is the wife of Dr. Nathan Gainer, the Senior Pastor of
Christ Temple Church of God in Christ, in Bloomfield, New
Jersey and the mother of four children. She serves as the Co-
Pastor and Executive Elder of the local assembly. Evangelist
Gainer is the Women’s Ministry Director of Christ Temple
Ministries. She is also the Founder of “Distinctively You” a
women’s teaching facility addressing the issues and needs of
women from all walks of life.

Elder Sandra Hargrove

Lamentation 3:22-23 - It is of the Lord’s mercies that
we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.
Sandra A. Hargrove is the second eldest of her
siblings born to Willie and Vivian Carr in Virginia.
She is married to H. Jerome Hargrove for 39 years. Sandra is the
mother of 3 daughters, Donesha Walls, Stacey Lakins (Jamiek)
and Courtnee Hargrove. Sandra has 3 granddaughters, Delnah
Walls, Deifra Walls, and newborn, 9-5-19, Janelle Lakins. The
grandmother of 3 grandsons, Desean Walls, Jr., Joshua and
Jeremy Lakins and 1 great-grandson, Aden Kennedy (Delnah).
Her ministry began over 40 years ago as a Missionary,
and on to an Evnagelist under the leadership of Reverend Floyd Moody, United
Deliverance Tabernacle, and after several years, her mother
began a ministry, and she joined in as a member of New Life
Deliverance Church, under the leadership of her mother, Apostle
Vivian Carr. At this present time, as an Elder she’s still going
strong and giving God all the glory, seeking the lost at any cost as
lead by the spirit of the Lord sharing The Gospel of Jesus Christ.
She works as hard on her present job, where she’s been for 33 years
while doing kingdom work.

Apostle Denise Tolbert

Apostle Denise Tolbert the woman, the lady, the preacher,
teacher, leader and mentor. Her name, reputation and
servanthood proceeds her. A child of God and daughter
of the late great Dr. W.C. Tolbert, Sr. & Mother Ozzie
D. Tolbert was born in Newark, NJ. She is a business
woman, ministry founder and community leader locally,
nationally and statewide. Apostle Denise Tolbert has
served faithfully and consistently in ministry and the
Community without scandal for over 40 years as a colabor
to her mentor and father and as a Pastor and Disciple of Jesus Christ. She is
an example of Gods Love in the earth and one of her profound statements

that the best sermon you can preach is not with words
but with your life. Apostle Denise Tolbert is a humble yet
powerful Woman of God who strives to please her Lord.

Pastor Harriet Wallace and Minister
Gary Wallace Sr, have been married for
37 years and are blessed with three adult
children; Sophia, Gary Jr., and Naomi.
The Wallace’s have dedicated their
lives to doing the will of God. They are
commitment to servant-hood, community
service, witnessing and winning souls
for Christ, teaching and preaching the gospel with truth and
conviction, and encouraging all of God’s people.
