ROTARY 4 WAY TEST

One of the world’s most widely printed and quoted
statements of business ethics is The Four-Way Test,
which was created in 1932 by Rotarian Herbert J.
Taylor (who later served as RI president) when he was
asked to take charge of a company that was facing
bankruptcy.
This 24-word test for employees to follow in their
business and professional lives became the guide for
sales, production, advertising, and all relations with
dealers and customers, and the survival of the
company is credited to this simple philosophy.
Adopted by Rotary in 1943, The Four-Way Test has
been translated into more than a hundred languages
and published in thousands of ways.

Disease Prevention and Treatment - We
educate and equip communities to stop the
spread of life-threatening diseases. Rotary
members have hundreds of health projects
underway around the world at any given time.

Peace and Conflict Resolution - By carrying out
service projects and supporting peace fellowships
and scholarships, our members take action to
address the underlying causes of conflict,
including poverty, discrimination, ethnic tension,
lack of access to education, and unequal
distribution of resources.

Clean Water and Sanitation - When people have
access to clean water and sanitation, waterborne
diseases decrease, children stay healthier and
attend school more regularly, and mothers can
spend less time carrying water and more time
helping their families

Maternal and Child Health- Rotary makes high-
quality health care available to vulnerable
mothers and children so they can live longer and
grow stronger

Basic Education and Literacy- Our goal is to
strengthen the capacity of communities to
support basic education and literacy, reduce
gender disparity in education, and increase adult
literacy. We support education for all children and
literacy for children and adults.

Economic and Community Development- We
create opportunities to help individuals and
communities thrive financially and socially.

Supporting the Environment- We are committed
to supporting activities that strengthen the
conservation and protection of natural resources,
advance ecological sustainability, and foster
harmony between communities and the
environment. Rotarians plant trees, do
neighborhood cleanups, refurbish parks and
playgrounds, and keep highways free from litter.

THEME 2021-22

On Monday, February 1 2021, Rotary International
President-elect Shekhar Mehta encouraged members
to be changemakers and announced that his theme
for the 2021-2022 Rotary year is Serve to Change
Lives.
President-elect Shekhar Mehta encourages Rotarians
to grow more so we can do more. His goal is to have
1.3 million members by July 2022. Remember we
have the power and the magic to serve and change
lives.

PDG Rtn. Ranjan Dhingra

Pdg ranjan dhingra is the Millennium Governor of
R.I. District 3010 (now 3011). He joined the Rotary
Club of Delhi Central in 1983 and became the
President in 1994-95. With his consistency, credibility
and continuity forged ahead to greet the
opportunities, he has received much Recognition
from Rotary International During his tenure as
District Governor. He is a Level Three Major Donor,
Benefactor and an ardent supporter of The Rotary
Foundation and has held several coveted RI
assignments on Membership, Literacy, Foundation,
Public Image etc. in various Rotary years starting from 2000-2001 till date. He has been
the Training Leader at the Rotary International Assembly, San Diego, USA in 2006.
He has handled various prestigious posts in respective years such as
· He was the President of Rotary India Water Conservation Trust and has assisted
several water related projects in India.
·He served as Chairman of Shekhar & Movers- International Assembly IA21 held at New
Delhi on 31* Jan/1* Feb 2021, for the first time ever outside USA.
Pdg Ranjan dhingra is an Engineer & MBA by profession and is the Managing Director
of a multinational company LARAON group and has varied experience in the corporate
world. Not only this but he is also a socially conscious person, and is associated with
many social and professional organizations including the Cancer Foundation, Rotary
Education Foundation, Rotary Blood Bank, Rotary Divyang Kendra, PHD Chamber of
Commerce, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Indo-German
Chamber of Commerce, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and others.

IPDG Rtn. Dinesh Shukla

Major donor Rtn. Dinesh chandra shukla was the
District Governor (2020-21) of RID 3110 and
currently is practicing Chartered Accountant.He is a
member of Rotary Club Kanpur West who joined
ROTARY in 1987. Serving Rotary club of Unnao and
Kannauj as GGR, District Governor for RI District
3110 were one of his positions which he
manoeuvred.He has been very active at professional
field and have conducted hundreds of soft skill and
leadership programs for big corporates and in
number of educational institutions.

.He also qualified as International Excel trainer from Jci University,USA.He is regularly
participating as panel speaker in talks of economic and social importance in Tv
channels. Also, he has been a regular panel speaker in talks of economic and social
importance in tv Channels.

DGE Rtn. Pawan Agarwal

Pawan agarwal completed “B.Tech (Electrical
Engineering) from institute of Engineering and
Technology(IET), Lucknow in the year 1993. After 14
yrs of successful career in indiystry,he joined Indian
Institute of Foreign Trade(IIFT) in 2007 to complete
much accalaimed “Executive post graduate diploma
in International Business” in 2009. He started as a
business technocrat and is the Managing director of
Naini Group. Rtn Pawan Aggarwal became active
member of rotary club of Kashipur in the year 1997
and became the President of the club in the year
2010-11.He has also helds the posts of WinS and CSR Chair in the district.He and his
wife Mrs Prachi Aggarwal are Major Donor(Level3) and a member of Paul Harris
Society. He has held many posts in various organizations and has been duly recognized
for his monumnetal work done in his professional field.

Mr Sudhanshu is an accomplished educator with a
ability to teach, motivate and interact with diverse

and personality enhancement.He has expertise in
voice and accent training, personality Enhancement,
speaking and poresentation skills, crisis managemnt,
soft skills trainer, and legal advisor. With his
innovative style of training and been instrumental in
bringign change in people’s lives for the last couple
of years and has influenced the life of more than
2000 Professionals and Students.

He has association with various prestigious organisations and institues which includes
SRMS Group of institutes,Khusro college, APM Degree college etc. Also, he has been
visiting faculty for JCI India.

Ms. Amandeep Sethi

Amandeep Sethi is a well known name in parenting
across India in parenting across India. She’s a DMIT
professional, Trained facilitator, corporate trainer
and a councelor.She was even crowned Mrs.Kanpur
in 2014. She is the mascot of Urban Junior, an e-
magazine of Kanpur. A person who believes in
gratitude and feels privileged to reach to the less
fortunate and who believes that she is not anyone to
judge or pinpoint mistakes on parenting. She
believes in uniqueness that every child possess and
who loves doing social services that made her join

Jaycess. She is a national trainer of JCI India. She is also a Youtuber and wants to reach
as many parents and kids and make life possible and better for them.She has
conducted more than 1000’s trainings on parenting physically and on virtual mode.
