1. Power Switch

o Located on the back of the device - switch machine power on and off

2. Pump ON/OFF Switch

o Switch located on the front for the user to start/ stop the vacuum cycle

3. Power LED

o Green LED illuminates when machine has power on.

4. Vacuum Port ON/OFF

o Four (4) knobs on the front allow vacuum flow thorough the cupping system. When in the
on position the air will flow freely to the vacuum pump.

o NOTE: When a cup is not connected the knobs must be in the off position.

5. Vacuum Hose Connection
o Four (4) press fit quick-disconnect fittings for multiple cupping therapy

6. High Vacuum
o Knob to adjust the high-end of the vacuum
o Clockwise (CW) rotation increases to max differential vacuum pressure.

7. Low Vacuum
o Knob to adjust the low-end of the vacuum
o Counter-Clockwise (CCW) rotation decreases the vacuum to minimum pressure the
device can hold without releasing the vacuum.

8. LCD Menu and Selector Knob
o Knob rotates CW and CCW to select a vacuum therapy setting
o Press to select a setting then rotate again to change a setting
o Certain settings allow the practitioner to increase or decrease the frequency of the
vacuum.
o ???adjusts a regulator that will slowly let the air out. Knob twisted all the way to the left
will close the regulator letting no air in, therefore holding the high vacuum differential
pressure for longer. The knob twisted all the way to the right will let air in unrestricted
making it for a faster vacuum release. ???

9. LCD Menu Screen
o Constant Vacuum
▪ Allows practitioner to place individual cups at various locations
▪ Add multiple cups from one hose
o Pulse Vacuum
▪ Allows practitioner to place up to 4 cups and vary pulse action simultaneously
o Short Period
▪ Allows practitioner to vary frequency of pulse in short time periods
o Long Period
▪ Allows practitioner to vary frequency of pulse in long time periods

Operating Instructions

IMPORTANT: Read the following instructions before using your Professional Cupping Machine to ensure
proper operation.

Getting Started
1. Unpack and inventory all parts and accessories
2. Place machine on a level sturdy surface
3. Plug power cable into the back of the machine
4. Plug power cable into wall socket.
5. Once the power cord is connected, switch machine power button to the ON position (located on
the back of the device).
6. The green LED should now be on.

Prepare the Hoses
Note: depending on the type of therapy and number of cups needed will determine the number of hoses.

IMPORTANT: Not all hoses need to be installed for the machine to operate correctly - HOWEVER the
hose valves of unused locations must be in the OFF position to assure proper vacuum operation.

1. Insert air hose into the Vacuum Hose Connector until it stops. Note is should only insert between
¼” and ½”.

2. Proceed to cup selection and attachment

Cup Selection and Attachment
Notes: depending on the type of therapy and number of cups needed will determine the appropriate size
and number.

● Each cup contains a pressure pin at the hose connection point. If constant vacuum is needed
leave pin in place. If varying frequency or pulse therapy selected, pin must be removed. The pin
is a press fit type, grip the pin head and pull up to remove. NOTE: store pin in a safe location for
retrieval and reinsertion.

● Vacuum Release Valve: the kit comes with 2 types of release valves - with or without a pressure
release button. Depending on type of therapy will determine selection. You may wish to
experiment with each type on varying cup sizes and therapy techniques.

1. Select cup based on therapy type and size of location
2. Attach Vacuum Release Valve mechanism.
3. Connect hose to release valve.
4. Proceed to therapy type selection.

Therapy Selection (LCD Menu)
Notes: Vacuum therapy type is selected via the LCD menu and the menu control knob.

1. Rotate the knob clockwise to select therapy type.
2. press end of knob to set therapy type
3. If therapy type has additional settings, use the knob to rotate the selected therapy settings
4. press the end of the knob to set the selection
5. proceed to cupping therapy operation

Cupping Therapy Operation
Notes: tbd

1. Turn vacuum valve to “ON” for the appropriately connected hose/cup set. NOTE: Ensure selector
is set to “OFF” if not in use.

2. Switch the pump to “ON” position to start the vacuum.
3. Once pump is running, place selected cup onto the applicable surface assuring a proper seal.
4. Proceed to HI - LOW Adjustments

Cupping Therapy Operation
Notes: Adjusts or fine tuning of the vacuum vary based on therapy selection and technique of the
practitioner. Please follow all safety precautions and operate in the best interest of patient comfort and
well being.

1. Adjust the high and low ends of the vacuum as necessary with the high and low knobs.
2. To adjust the rate at which the device oscillates between high and low pressure, adjust the

frequency knob.
a. Rotating to the left (CCW) will increase the amount of time the vacuum will hold
differential pressure.
b. Rotating to the right (CW) will decrease the amount of time the vacuum will hold
differential pressure.

3. To change the position of a cup during treatment, release the pressure by either the button on the
vacuum release mechanism attached to the cup or by turning the pump ON/OFF switch to “OFF”.

4. When cupping treatment complete
a. Turn the vacuum valve of the connected hose/cup to “OFF”
b. Turn the vacuum pump switch to “OFF”
c. Turn machine power switch to “OFF”

5. Proceed to hose removal

Hose Removal
Notes: the vacuum hose connector valve has a quick release ring on the outer edge of the valve at the
point of hose insertion.

With one hand press the quick release ring in and hold towards the machine. NOTE: this will release the
hose grib inside the valve - DO NOT try to pull the hose out without pressing and holding the release ring.
With the other hand place index and thumb on hose closest to the valve and while the quick release ring
is pressed in, pull the hose from the valve.
Clean and return the hoses and cups properly to ensure equipment longevity and next patient health.
