"With college around the corner, the best
thing about JA JobSpark for me was that I
could get information on how to reach my
dream career. It was the people there who
paved that path to success for me. Me and
my friends were expecting to spend most of
our time in a traditional job fair. But JA
JobSpark was nothing like that. We learned
about jobs that are centered around our own
personal interest like design, technology, and
science. Not only did we get to see creative
and non-traditional career paths, we also got
to experience what it was like to have that
job. We got to be part of the workforce."

JA PARENT TESTIMONIAL
"Junior Achievement of Central Indiana has given my
family something exceptional that no other organization
has. It has given us a sense that we belong. Being from
another country, systems like banking are different, so
my daughters have had the opportunity to learn about
things in which I have a gap of knowledge. I believe
Junior Achievement not only helps reach minorities and
foreigners like us, but if helps cultivate leadership - giving
rare experiences that plant a seed that will last for
decades to come."

JA EDUCATOR TESTIMONIALS
"Our students are so excited for JA. The curriculum has started
a lot of conversations that I haven't even had with adults about
taxes, loans, interest, salaries and net pay! My students are
asking questions now that people start asking in their 20's."
"JA JobSpark serves as a
vivid example of the public
and private sector coming
together in an effective way
to prepare our youth for the
jobs of the future. Most
future careers will require a
form of education past high
school and it is incredible to
see participating students
begin to make the
connection between
education and career
pathways."

JA STAFF TESTIMONIAL
"At Junior Achievement, we instill students with the knowledge and
skills needed to help them be successful in the future. The
incredibly generous support from The Allstate Foundation furthers
JA's mission to empower young people to own their future success
and achieve their full potential. This year we are able to reach over
35,000 students in central Indiana with our programs, something we
could not do without our community partners. We are grateful for the
continued support from Allstate and the passion for JA that David
Kaehr emits. Thank you!"
