To Whom It May Concern:
I highly recommend Forsyth Exterminating, and specifically Julie Ramirez, as an outstanding
vendor for any pest or termite concerns. I have worked with Julie and the Forsyth Exterminating
Team on more than one of the properties I manage. Their execution of service, quality of work,
and commitment to excellent customer service is second to none, and not just within the
confines of the Pest/Termite control industry. They are definitely at the top of the list for me
among the many vendors, in many fields, that I have worked with.
Julie and her team has always been willing to offer assistance and have exemplified the
qualities I mentioned above without fail, time and time again. If you need pest or termite
services, look no further than Forsyth Exterminating!

Sincerely,
Marc M. Lewchuck, CMCA

To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Julie Ramirez and Forsyth Exterminating. I
met Julie in April of 2008 when one of the homeowners at Abbotts Bridge Place was
dealing with a rodent problem.

Julie has always displayed a high degree of integrity, responsibility and a professional
attitude in all of her dealings with our 380 townhouse community. She is definitely a
leader that is respected by her employees and customers alike.

Customer service is the main reason that we at Abbotts Bridge Place do all of our pest
control business with Julie and Forsyth Exterminating. We started out contracting them
as homeowners and moved to awarding them our entire pest and termite control contracts
for the next several years. As board president, doing business with Forsyth Exterminating
is a pleasure because you know that you will never have to call a second time because
they missed an appointment or taking care of the problem as promised.

She is also one of the most dependable business people that I have met in a long time.
Her good judgment, mature outlook, good work ethics along with excellent knowledge of
the industry ensures a great result to her endeavors.

Julie and Forsyth Exterminating would be a great addition as a vendor to any
organization, and I am happy to give her and her company my wholehearted
endorsement.

Sincerely,

Gloria Jatho

The Forsyth Exterminating
Mosquito Treatment

Why do you need Forsyth Exterminating’s Mosquito Control Program?
Mosquitoes pose health risks! Their bites affect just about everyone that spends any
time outdoors March-October throughout the Atlanta area. The Forsyth Exterminating
mosquito control program is an effective way to deal with this harmful pest.

● Can spread Zika Virus. This may cause microcephaly in newborns of mothers
infected during pregnancy. Side effects are fever, rash, joint pain &
conjunctivitis, although only 1 in 5 show symptoms.

● Can spread West Nile Virus & other diseases. This can result in s erious
neurologic illness such as encephalitis or meningitis. Other symptoms include
headache, high fever, neck stiffness, disorientation, coma, tremors, seizures, or
paralysis.

● Cause itching & swelling. T heir bites cause a large area of swelling, soreness
and redness

● Limit outdoor enjoyment. These pests will prevent you and your family from
enjoying the outdoors April-October.

Customization

Mosquitoes thrive March-October in the Atlanta area each year. Forsyth
Exterminating’s program is performed every 3-4 weeks to ensure you get the maximum
benefit from the treatments. Our professionals can quickly customize a treatment plan
that will offer you maximum control.

Larval habitats. By eliminating larval
habitats that may otherwise go unnoticed,
our professionals will reduce the breeding
sites of mosquitoes on your property.

Larvicide. By applying products to kill
mosquito larvae, existing mosquito
populations are quickly controlled.

Adulticide. Populations of the adult
stage of the mosquito are controlled
quickly and effectively by the application
of products that have a “knock down”
effect.

The Forsyth Exterminating
Carpenter Bee Treatment

Why do you need Forsyth Exterminating’s Carpenter Bee Control Program?
Many bees are beneficial to the environment, but certain types of bees cause
problems in homes and business throughout the Atlanta area. The Forsyth
Exterminating carpenter bee control program is an effective way to deal with this
otherwise beneficial pest.

● Can damage wood and structural members. Carpenter bees are known to
drill ½ inch holes in wood fascia and other wood members. Some damage is
cosmetic, but many times structures get compromised by the “drilling” of the
bees.

● Deface and Damage. Significant damage to structural beams and supporting
members can be caused by bees and by birds searching for bee larvae meals.

● Create hazardous conditions. T he female carpenter bee has a painful sting
and may cause allergic reactions.

● Become a nuisance. As the populations increase, the bees are a nuisance to
families, customers, and pets.

Customization

Different bees species require different treatment options. Whether it’s wasp, carpenter
bees, hornets, or cicada killers your Forsyth Exterminating professional will be able to
assess the situation quickly and customize a program that addresses your particular
bee problem.

Identification. Carpenter bees drill ½
inch hole in fascia, cedar, wood, and
wood beams. They are black in color and
the male carpenter bee has a white face.

Habitat modification. Our program
includes the application of a contact kill
product pressure-injected into galleries,
and the application of dust in vulnerable
dry areas using a power duster or similar
application tool.

Mechanical Control. 3 days after initial
treatment it is recommended that existing
holes are patched by customer or by
Forsyth Exterminating’s Handyman
Service Department (additional charges
may apply).
