CAMP COMMERCE

Camp Commerce is owned and operated by the City Commerce, located in Lake Arrowhead, California. It is available
for rent to organizations or groups.

Camp Commerce can accommodate up to 60 people in condo style cabins that includes dedicated showers/restrooms
and is perfect for company retreats, seminars, workshops or social occasions. Special menus can be arranged with camp
staff prior to your stay that includes 3 meals a day.

Nearby areas offer a variety of ski facilities and recreational amenities for all ages. It’s a nice place for people to get out
of the City’s hustle and bustle to relax and enjoy clean mountain air surrounded by pine trees. Guests will be thrilled by
the exhilaration and enchantment of our remarkably mild seasons. Spring begins in April with flowering dogwoods,
rushing creeks, and warmer days. By May, the forest is fully leaved. Occasional snow brings breathless beauty to the
mountains. Fall offers warm days, cool evenings and magnificent color. But no matter when you come, you will find our
great natural setting provides an enriching backdrop for your enjoyment.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

•Fishing, boat and canoe rides, ice skating, snow skiing, mountain biking, movie theaters,
excellent restaurants, fairs and festivals are examples of the recreational amenities the area offers.

•Scenic hiking trails for all levels and abilities.

Lake Arrowhead

CAMP COMMERCE is available for rental by outside, private groups

Camp Commerce is available as a rental for cities, organizations and private groups! Camp Commerce is located
approximately ¼ of a mile from Lake Arrowhead Village on Highway 173 and is within walking distance of the Lake
Arrowhead Village complex. The facility is self-contained, modern, private and very comfortable. As a City owned and
staffed operation, guests are welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff. A standard menu and activities are provided and
we would be happy to customize activities and menus to meet your needs.

WEEKEND RATE (3 DAY SESSION): Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast

$175.00 for adults and children, 10 & older
$125.00 for youth, 9 years old and under
(children under 4 years old are free)

WEEKDAY RATE (4 DAY SESSION): Monday lunch through Thursday breakfast
$225.00 for adults and children 10 & older
$175.00 for children 9 years old and under
(children under 4 years old are free)

Rental groups must submit a copy of a Certificate of Liability Insurance at least 21 days before
scheduled use. Car and van pooling is strongly suggested due to the limited parking area. The
consumption of alcohol is not permitted at Camp Commerce without the approval of the City
Council. The City requires a minimum of one adult per five children under the age of 18 years.
