FALLfest
Homecoming Weekend
October 2 - 4, 2015
sponsored by the Offices of Alumni Relations and Student Activities
Dear Alumni, Parents, Students and Friends,
Hello from York College! Whether it has been a few months,
several years, or a few decades since you were last on campus,
I am happy to share this annual tradition with all of you.
Please take the opportunity to reconnect with classmates and
professors, enjoy revisiting favorite spots on campus, and
partake in the many activities planned throughout the weekend.
We continue to upgrade our campus and I recommend that you
take this chance to explore and see what is different and what
has remained the same.
Please be sure to say hello and introduce yourself if you see me!
Sincerely,
Pamela Gunter-Smith
President
"From Day One" – What's That About?
From Day One is the culmination of an extensive, multifaceted effort to find out what York College
is all about at its core. While we've used "Results Matter" in recent years, we believe it was time
to re-examine what makes York College great and how to best express that to the community.
To learn more visit: www.ycp.edu/from-day-one. Here's the basis of our new approach:
Your life's work. Where does it begin?
It starts with the passion you'll find. The career you'll pursue.
The connections you'll make. The life you'll lead. It begins today.
Because your life's work is more than work.
It starts with the choices you make, the plan you make, and the promise you
make to yourself when you begin your life at York College of Pennsylvania.
It's the confidence you'll find when you dig deep and dream big.
The relationships you'll have that connect you to your field and your world.
The understanding you'll gain when you see that the
work you'll do one day is the work you're already doing.
And it's what you'll have at York College of Pennsylvania from day one.
Better connections. A smarter plan. A life that works.
