CRIME STATISTICS

The information below provides context for the crime statistics reported as part of compliance with the Clery Act. The statistics in
this report are published in accordance with the standards and guidelines used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Uniform
Crime Reporting (UCR) Handbook and relevant federal and state laws. The report includes statistics for the previous three years
concerning crimes that occurred on campus and were reported to university police or designated campus officials. Additionally,
these statistics include people referred for campus disciplinary action for categories required under the Clery Act, including liquor
law, drug abuse and weapon law violations. Statistical information for certain Noncampus Buildings or Property, as well as Public
Property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from a campus, is also reported. The Office for the Vice Chancellor for
Administrative Services submits the annual crime statistics published in this report to the U.S. Department of Education (ED).

This training will include instruction on the types, causes, and how to
prevent fires in campus residential facilities. This shall include, but not

fires, and fire caused during building maintenance activities. The
training shall also include building specific training on exit locations

process. Additionally, EHSO Fire Safety staff members are available
throughout the year to advise staff on fire safety issues or concerns.

Students and staff with disabilities will receive one-on-one training,
which shall be tailored for the individual’s needs, by the EHSO Fire
