1. Based on Average Peak Period Parking Demand for Hotel (Land Use: 310) in Suburban on a Saturday. It was assumed that the hotel will be 100% occupied.
2. Based on Average Peak Period Parking Demand for High‐Turnover (Sit‐Down) Restaurant with Bar or Lounge on a Saturday in Suburban. 
3. Converted the square footage to number of attendee based on a survey that Hexagon conducted at Juniper Hotel in Cupertino. 
Based on the information provided, Juniper Hotel has a total of 4,263 sq ft of meeting space which accommodates between 300‐400 attendee. 
It is translated to 0.08 attendee per square foot, which was used to estimate the number of attendee that the 10,675 square foot of meeting hall can accommodate.
3. Based on shared parking analysis among Hotel, Restaurant, and Convention Center, the totel number of required parking spaces will be reduced to 471.
