VRF/VRV air conditioning is the best solution for medium to large applications, including

hotels, retail spaces, larger spaces and mixed-use buildings.

The systems are extremely efficient, reliable and easy to control, capable of meeting larger
buildings’ complete heating and cooling requirements.

They also come with reduced installation times, minimising disruption. There are two types
of VRF/VRV system, heat pump and heat recovery.

Heat pump VRF/VRV systems can provide either heating or cooling to a building at any given

This service is delivered via our directly employed engineers and our network of partners,
backed-up via a team based in our Waltham Abbey Office.
A planned preventative maintenance programme can be formulated and tailored to the indi-
vidual needs of the equipment and the client, taking into consideration such factors as war-
ranty periods.
If required as part of the service, we can furnish you with a full asset register, which will en-
sure that all plant and equipment is included within your maintenance agreement. A condi-
tion report will be produced which will assist with budgeting for the future maintenance of
old installations.
