HG Hydraulic Generators convert the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into electricity.
HG Hydraulic Generators produce high quality electricity from 3.5 kVA up to 350 kVA for 50 Hz

HOW DOES THE HG HYDRAULIC GENERATOR WORK?

HG Hydraulic Generators produce high quality electricity using the power from the base machine’s
hydraulic system. The HG is turned on by opening the hydraulic oil flow then the hydraulic system
feeds the hydraulic oil flow to the HG’s hydraulic motor. The motor is integrated into the generator
and when it starts the generator produces electricity immediately. HG is designed to handle
fluctuating hydraulic oil flows to ensure continuous high quality electricity. The patented frequency
control valve regulates the frequency to 50 Hz (+/- 5%).

HWG Hydraulic Welding Generators convert the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into welding
current and auxiliary electricity. HWG Hydraulic Welding Generators produce high quality welding
current from 180 A up to 400 A. HWG 180/220/300/400 units also provide auxiliary AC power from
6 kVA up to 10 kVA.

DESCRIPTION

HPW Hydraulic Power Washers and Water Pumps convert the hydraulic power of a mobile machine
into high pressure water. HPW has the world’s best power-to-size ratio. The design is a reliable and
compact piston-to-piston structure with no rotating parts unlike traditional water pumps. There are
models from 10 to 200 kW with up to 1600 bar and flows up to 300 l/min.
The world’s best power-to-size ratio guarantees easy installation on any mobile machine such as
compact loaders, excavators and trucks. Thanks to the compact size and light weight of the HPW
pump, it is easy to install anywhere on a mobile machine. It only needs connection to the machine’s
hydraulics and to the water source. HPW pumps can also be connected in parallel or in series to
increase water flow.
HOW DOES HPW HYDRAULIC POWER WASHER WORK?
HPW Hydraulic Power Washers and Water Pumps produce high pressure water using the power
from the base machine’s hydraulic system. When the hydraulic oil flow is turned on to the HPW, it
starts immediately and the patented technology converts the hydraulic power into high pressure
water. Pumps under 1000 bar are also self-priming so they don’t require any additional feed
pumping. The output water flow is linearly adjustable from 0-100% by controlling the hydraulic flow
to the pump. Also thanks to smart technology, the HPW can run without water.
HDF - Hydraulic Drilling Fluid pump model also available that has a high tolerance to particles &
heavier fluids. Durable coatings allow this pump to handle drilling fluids, abrasive chemicals, oils

SUBMERSIBLE PUMP

‘Suck ‘em dry’ fast & safely with this powerful, high volume submersible pump.

DESCRIPTION

The HSP Hydraulic Submersible Pump converts the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into high
volume pumping power. HSP produces from 800 l/min up to 20,000 l/min water flow depending on
the model. The rugged and durable design enables the HSP to pump even mud or water
containing solid substances such as rocks.
Light weight and compact in size makes it a great attachment for mobile machines such as
excavators, tractors and service vehicles. This also makes it easy to move at the work sites.
The HSP only requires the connection of a hydraulic pressure and return line to work.
HOW DOES THE HSP HYDRAULIC SUBMERSIBLE PUMP WORK?
HSP Hydraulic Submersible Pump produces high volume water pumping power using the power
from the base machine’s hydraulic system. This slurry pump’s Hardox impeller creates a powerful
pumping action. The impeller is designed to withstand solid substances in the pumped water and
chop hay and rootstocks.
HSP Hydraulic Submersible Pump has a high efficiency rate and a better power to size ratio
compared to traditional electric pumps. The HSP is much smaller than traditional pumps seen in
work sites but is also much more powerful. Draining excavations can be done much faster with its
high volume output. Also the handling is better making the work flow more efficient. It is a worry free
pump which can handle mud, rocks and other substances without clogging, and can even run dry.

DESCRIPTION

The HPW-DUST Dust Suppression System converts the hydraulic power of your mobile machinery
into a high pressure atomised water mist. It is easily integrated onto the base machine’s attachment
head or wherever the dust suppression is needed to get maximum effect. High pressure water uses
less water and delivers better dust suppression performance with a smaller water drop size than
traditional low pressure dust suppression systems. Different nozzle and pump configurations are
available to fit all machine types and dust suppression applications. A Double Dust boosting system
is also offered to multiply the dust suppression power. The kit also comes with a power washing pistol
for all power washing applications.
The compact HPW-DUST system is easy to install onto any mobile machine such as demolition
machinery, excavators, screeners and crushers. The nozzles of the HPW-DUST are installed either
straight on the attachment head or anywhere dust suppression is needed.
HOW DOES THE HPW-DUST HIGH PRESSURE DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM WORK?
The HPW-DUST patented piston-to-piston pump converts hydraulic power into high pressure water.
It is pumped to the carefully designed dust suppression nozzles which create the atomised

DESCRIPTION HKL

The HK / HKR / HKL range of Hydraulic Compressors convert the hydraulic power of a mobile machine
into compressed air. Oil flow is directed to the hydraulic motor integrated with the compressors. The
motor connects straight to the piston’s crankshaft or rotary axle to maximize the power and efficiency.

The piston or compressor block creates air pressure that is delivered to the reservoir frame or air outlet
where it is drawn off to power pneumatic tools & equipment. No additional air tanks are required as
the HK series reservoir is integrated with the compressor frame and the rotary HKR/HKL series produce
air on demand and when there is no draw off compressor will run at idle speed.

These units are compact and easy to install on your machine on any flat surface.

The HK is ideal in mobile use for drill rigs, tractors and excavators where air demand is not constant.
For high demand applications where a steady, continuous air supply is needed the HKR & HKL rotary
designs should be specified.

DESCRIPTION

HOW DOES THE HVB VIBRATOR WORK?
The HVB Hydraulic Vibra converts the hydraulic power of a mobile machine into vibration power.
When activated the HVB starts to make fast back and forth movements to the cylinder transferring
vibrations to the attachment.
It makes applications possible for smaller machinery (<10 t) that could previously only be done with
big machines (30 t <). It is an effective tool to enhance frozen ground penetration, pile driving, bucket
emptying, asphalt cutting and soil compacting. HVB is powerful, reliable and safe for the base

Hydraulic powered plug and play street washing unit using high pressure water for efficient, deep
cleaning without dust emissions or wearing mechanical parts like brushes.

PPL - High Pressure Pipe Cleaning Unit

The PPL Hydraulic Pipe Cleaning unit is a great machine for cleaning & flushing pipes & sewers.
High pressure water is pumped through the hose and jets from the special nozzle propel it
through the pipe. After use the hose can be hydraulically rewound back to the hose reel.
100 m horizontal & 20 m vertical effective cleaning lengths.

HPW-FIRE - High Pressure Firefighting System

Using the fire or rescue vehicles hydraulic system as its power source this specialised range of
firefighting equipment includes; High pressure pistol kits (as above) that extinguish fire with
optimal water consumption. Different nozzles available for piercing, fogging and foaming (pictured
at right). HPP Low Pressure Fire Pumps for all water pumping applications in firefighting. HRU
Hydraulic Rescue Unit is a compact hydraulic pressure booster to power hydraulic rescue tools.

FP - Firefighting Piercing Kit

The FP piercing kit mounts on a rescue vehicles boom and uses hydraulics to pierce through
windows, walls & roofs then releases a high pressure water mist to suppress fire and lower room
temperature before firefighters enter a room. This dramatically increases safety of a firefighting
operation and optimised water flow minimises water damage.

HVO 33 / HPTO - Hydraulic Power Take-Off

These PTO kits transform the power of your vehicles engine to hydraulic power - so you
then have onboard hydraulics to run a wide range of power equipment. HVO 33 kit is
designed for ATV’s and small vehicle installations supplying 9 kW of power. The HPTO kit
is customised to fit a range of vans & trucks and has a maximum power output of 40 kW.

De-icing Boom Set-up

De-Icing Technology System

To remove or prevent icing/ice build up there is a range of modules to allow highly automated
spreading of de-icing fluids on commercial trucks, tractors or elevated booms. The pump/control
system automatically adjusts spray volumes for optimal application rates. Automatic boom
systems also available with stabilizers and lifting controls to maintain horizontal alignment.

HV / HVY - Hydraulic Winch Units

The HV/HVY Winch units use hydraulics to provide awesome horizontal pulling power, suited to
on-surface water/gas/oil pipe installations and repairs without digging. They have pulling capacities
from 5 to 30 ton and cable lengths up to 700 m. The HV model connects to your machines
hydraulics and the HVY is a complete self-contained unit with electric start engine. Both units have
fully adjustable pulling power and speed.

Installation Valve Options

There is a range of installation valves to guarantee easy set up and operation of this equipment.
Pressure and flow levels are adjusted perfectly for any application in any hydraulic system.

The patented PV-SAE Priority Valve (pictured top right in images above) takes the right amount of
oil flow to the Dynaset equipment without compromising the rest of the hydraulic system.
LSV Load Sensing Valve is able to sense the demand on the equipment and deliver the right amount
of hydraulic flow. SV Solenoid Valves provide electrical control of the equipment and
VR Flow Limiter Valves regulate oil flow to the required level. The HMV Modular Installation Valve
(shown at bottom right, above) is a valve block solution that combines different sandwich modules
into a compact unit - cost effective when more than two valves are needed.
