Group Lessons

Learn the basics of golf in a relaxed and
easy-to-learn format. This series will give you
the confidence to go to the course, and
learn the steps to get your golf game on
track. Instruction will focus on grip, stance,
swing, putting, chipping, and on-course play.
Each session runs three weeks.

• No phone use is allowed while driving a NEDSRA vehicle or for NEDSRA
business. This includes hands-free calls and texting.
• For urgent calls, pull over and call back.
• Phones may be mounted as a directional guide. Do not attempt to utilize the
phone while the engine is on. Set it and forget it!

• Avoid backing when possible. Never park in a position that requires you to
back out later.
• GOAL – Get Out And Look. Be sure that you are safe.
• Use another staff to guide you if possible.

Watch Those Turns!

• NEDSRA’s vans are longer and wider than a car. Consequently you will need
more turning area and will need to start your turn later.
• Remember to control your speed and steering wheel for a smooth turn.
• Outside-Inside-Outside – Use lane position to create the best possible turn.
• Always use your turn signal.

! Allow Greater Following Distances!

• Brake early and don’t tailgate. NEDSRA’s busses need longer to stop than
your personal vehicle.
• Allow at least a three second gap from the rear of the vehicle in front of you.

Watch Overhead Clearances!

• Be aware of low canopies, drive-thru’s, tree branches, parking garages, and
all overhang warning signs.

Basketball Invitational has to offer! Games start at
