Senior CLUB MANAGER I trust everyone enjoyed watching the Rio Olympics and
Ms. Sheren Yong Paralympics, where Malaysia’s athletes did the country proud

Ms. Lee Ai Ling really exciting to watch and, although the regular Olympians

It was a thrilling golf outing for Team KPGCC when they
teed off in a friendly interclub match against Glenmarie Golf &
Country Club (GGCC) on the morning of 28 August.
The two-ball better ball event saw KPGCCians claiming

The Merdeka Art & Colouring Contest
2016, held on the morning of
18 September, attracted a pool of
fun-loving children eager to flaunt their
artsy side.
A total of 46 enthusiastic kids turned
up for the event, co-organised by Artiz
Atelier. It comprised Category A (for
participants below 7 years old) and
Category B (for participants between
8 and 12 years old).
The contest saw 6-year-old
Janice See Yu Qi topping Category A,
while 12-year-old Beh Jian Qi came out

Final 2016 played from 8-10 June
in Thailand.

Chong Soaring High Chong Yong, who earned the title of
KPGCC Ladies Champion this year,
has been keeping busy. Together with
Loy Hee Ying and Nurdiyana Aqilah of
Team Johor, Chong hauled in the ladies
team gold medal at SUKMA, held in
Kuching, Sarawak on 28 July.
The SUKMA Golf Championship
featured a 54-hole team and individual
strokeplay events jointly organised by
the SUKMA Secretariat, the Sarawak
Golf Association and the Malaysian Golf
Association. The tournament comprised
12 all-male teams and 9 all-female
teams of 4 and 3 team members
respectively below 21 years of age,
