Integrations

Added AccessToRecords field to student import
The Integration Service now supports a field in the student import which allows control over whether
the student may access their information in the Internet Viewer. If not specified, AccessToRecords
defaults to a value of 1 which permits access. Setting AccessToRecords to 0 (zero) for a student record
results in the student being able to log into the Internet Viewer but instead of seeing their grades and
attendance information, they see an “Access Denied” message as shown below.

OneRoster API Updates (Separately licensed feature)
1. The OneRoster API has been updated to be in compliance with OneRoster v1.1.
2. When the Result Status for a student is changed to "EXCUSED" or "Exempt" the assignment will
be un-assign for that student
3. Changed the sourcedid for the class endpoints to use the section.uniqueID instead of
gradebook.uniqueID to support combined classes.
4. Updated the test harness url to reflect v1.1.

access the Gradebook and Internet Viewer user interfaces. JavaScript and Cookies must be allowed in
your browser.
