URAL SIDECAR SAFETY TRAINING REBATE FORM

URAL is offering a mail-in rebate in the amount of up to $125 to any customer who takes a sidecar safety-
training course within one year from the date of purchase of a new Ural sidecar motorcycle.

receipt and verification. IMWA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Only Sidecar Safety Training is
qualified for rebate. Training must take place within 12 months of purchase of a new sidecar model Ural.
Rebate not to exceed cost of the actual course or $125; whichever is less.
