#40LentNotes : My daily spiritual practice for Lent

Inspired by #90DayNotes in 2020. I decided to use a similar approach for Lent and Easter 2021 as
my adapted follow up.
I will post one note everyday after reflecting on one word with the help of Trevor Hudson’s Pauses
for Lent.
You are welcome to join me in this simple practice with the hashtag #40LentNotes.
You don’t have to do exactly the way I’m doing it. It can be your own words, a memorable quote, a
picture, symbols or any scribbles.
As long as it’s one note per day (Sunday you can take a break), it’s fine. Some like cards, I use post-it
notes. Be creative. I’m confident it will be transformative.
