These millions of Muslims in Indonesia are celebrating the holy month of Ramadan, which is set to begin in the middle of March 2023 and continue until the celebration of 1 Syawal, known as "Hari Lebaran." www.gapura.id 06 Gapura Angkasa Sign MoU for Japanese Airport Workforce Gapura Angkasa, LPK Kebun, and Persol Global Workforce Japan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on April 5th, 2023 to collaborate in meeting the human resource needs in the aviation industry in Japan. The MoU signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of Gapura Angkasa in Jakarta, Indonesia, and was attended by representatives from each company. These representatives included Reza Aulia Hakim, the Commercial and Business Development Director of Gapura Angkasa, Dr. Eng Mardiansyah Mardis, the Leader of LPK Kebun, and Yoji Yanaka, the Executive Vice-President of Persol Global Workforce Japan. This event marked the beginning of this innovative collaboration. The MoU outlines the roles and responsibilities of each company in this partnership. Gapura Angkasa will provide training on airport skills (both on the airside and landside), while LPK Kebun will provide training on Japanese language and cultural education to selected candidates to prepare them before their departure to Japan. Persol Global Workforce Japan will be responsible for selecting, placing, and preparing qualified candidates in various airports in Japan. Through this partnership, Gapura Angkasa, LPK Kebun, and Persol Global Workforce Japan aim to contribute to the growth and development of the aviation industry in Japan by providing high-quality human resources. This partnership also provides a comprehensive solution to the human resource needs in the aviation industry in Japan and is expected to pave the way for similar collaborations in the future. The first target of this collaboration is to prepare 20 candidate employees to depart to Japan in the fourth quarter of 2023. This collaboration represents a significant opportunity for the three companies to combine their strengths and expertise to achieve common goals. By leveraging each other's resources, these companies can provide a comprehensive solution that meets the needs of the aviation industry in Japan. This collaboration is also expected to promote knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and cultural exchange, which will benefit not only the companies involved but also the industry as a whole. Furthermore, this partnership provides an opportunity for Gapura Angkasa, LPK Kebun, and Persol Global Workforce Japan to establish long-term relationships and expand their business networks, creating further growth opportunities for all parties involved.

www.gapura.id 09 Entering the first quarter of 2023, Gapura Learning Center consistently held training to meet the competency needs of the participants. In this month of March, at least three external trainings have been successfully conducted. Gapura Learning Center Activities Maret 2023 The first training was Initial Pax and Baggage Handling at the Denpasar Learning Center Area for 2 batches. The participants came from SDM PT Kidora with a total of 42 participants. The training has been held from March 13 to April 3, 2022. Passenger & Baggage Handling LCA DPS Human Resources PT. Kidora The next external training is the Initial and Recurrent Aviobridge Batch I, which has become one of the favorite trainings at Gapura Learning Center due to its high enthusiasm and the fact that only GLC provides this training. The Aviobridge training was held from March 1-8, 2023, with a total of 13 participants in the GLC central classroom in Jakarta. After completing the classroom session, the participants continued their On Job Training operating Aviobridge at Soekarno Hatta Airport from March 13-26, 2022.The participants were very enthusiastic about this training, and Gapura also conducted a selection process to fulfill the Garbarata Operator SDM needs at the CGK Cab O ce. Initial dan Recurrent Aviobridge Operator Batch I 2023 Several internal trainings have also been conducted in March, including Recurrent Aircraft Loader training in Denpasar, Recurrent FOO Rating B 737-800 NG training, Recurrent Dangerous Goods Type A training in Jogjakarta, and several other trainings. Internal Training Japan Airline Commendation 2023 Gapura Angkasa recently received a commendation from Japan Airlines for its excellent performance in ramp handling. The commendation was given to recognize the company's achievement of three consecutive years without any ramp incident at its station. The commendation from Japan Airlines is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the sta at Gapura Angkasa. The achievement of this excellent result was made possible through the constant e ort and good cooperation of all concerned sta at the station. As a ground handling service provider, safety is a top priority for Gapura Angkasa. The company has put in place stringent safety measures and protocols to ensure the safety of all its operations, and this commendation is a reflection of the e ectiveness of these measures.
