As our Coach we just wanted you to know how
much we appreciate every sacrifice you have
made. You have helped us grow as a team
and as individuals. We have learned that hard
work really does pay off and that excellence
can be achieved. You have been our biggest
fan during our most triumphant moments, and
our rock when we came up short of our goal.
We can only hope that we have touched your
life as profoundly as you have touched ours.
Thank you for making a difference!

Don Mesick
Head Coach
Don joined the Tornadoes 4years ago as Offensive Coordinator. From day one his passion for Coaching,
vast knowledge of the game, respect for the players and his commitment to excellence lit a spark in the boys
and they wanted to produce for him.
This combination made him a natural fit as Tornado Head Coach. He began Coaching at the University of
Florida from 1987—1990. From 1990—1996 he coached the Clearwater Youth Tornadoes to 4 Championships
and runner up position twice. From 1997 to the present he has been coaching at the High School level.
He is a true motivator that looks to bring the best from each player both on and off the field.
Don is the ideal role model, making it easy for the team to:
“FOLLOW MY LEAD!”

ANTHONY HOPE #44
As Anthony’s parents we are proud to see
Anthony excel at CHS and anticipate great
things after high school. He has proven to
us that he is capable of mastering his
interests and conquering his fears. He
possesses leadership traits with
humbleness and is an impressive role
model to his little brother.
We are all so proud of you Anthony!
