ESA PRINTING

ZENPRESS ESA ORANGE - 75-90 ShA High Temp.

Elastomer designed for printing impression rollers with electrostatic
assist (ESA) for printing on plastic film and paper. ESA Orange
eliminates ionization effect typical of traditional black rubber
compounds with carbon black. The volumetric resistance, dynamic
resistance and insulation values of ESA Orange comply with the
electrostatic assist system installed on the printing press and the type
of application.

Cleaning with gasoline or with a blend of 80% Ethyl alcohol and 20%
ethyl Acetate
