********************************************************************************** RULES 1. £8 Entrance Fees – Free Entry to field for one person. 2. Entry Fee must be paid at the time of entry or entry will not be accepted and no article shall receive a prize unless it is in the opinion of the judge of sufficient merit. 3. All entries to be on Show Ground by 11.30 a.m. Judging to commence at 12 Noon. 4. No person except the Judge will be allowed into the marquee until the adjudication of prizes is finished. 5. The committee will not hold itself responsible for any loss or damage to exhibits or accident to any exhibitor. 6. All prizemoney will be paid on the day of the show. 7. No exhibits or prize cards to be removed from marquee before 5.00 p.m. 8. The Committee reserves the right to withhold any prize or prizemoney in the event of a dispute. 9. All entries to be the property of the exhibitor for at least three months prior to the Show. 10. All stock to be on Showfield by 11.30 a.m. 11. The Judges decision will be final. 12. The Committee will not be responsible for any accident or loss to any person or animals that may occur during or because of the show. 13. If any exhibitor or steward has a complaint it must be reported to the Secretary in writing with a £10 deposit. 14. All entries in Garden Produce Section to be grown by the exhibitor. The Committee reserve the right to inspect the exhibitor's garden three days previous or three days after the show. 15. Challenge Cups to be returned to Show Secretary one month before the Show. 16.
