Early on, she faced moments of failure in her academic choices, but she always saw these as stepping stones, part of a larger, unfolding story. Her love for connecting with others and understanding the complexities of human nature eventually led her to launch her own agency, Bloom Up, in 2006. As she built and nurtured her agency, Paula discovered the true essence of leadership. It wasn’t about managing tasks or directing people; it was about creating an environment where her team could learn, grow, and face challenges together. She found joy in the unpredictability of leading a marketing, communication, and event agency, where each day brought something new and unexpected.
