FITNESS & YOUTH ACTIVITIES

FITNESS

Happy New Year to all our LHPYC Members and Friends.
‘Tis the season to work off that holiday cheer (or beer) and
food. If you are like me, you indulged this season far too
much and need to get back into the gym. Just a reminder
that we have a host of amazing classes taught by some
incredible instructors. I promise you will enjoy your
workout thoroughly. I strive to make each class fun and
challenging, so feel free to come and check out it out! Don’t
forget I am always taking on new personal training clients,
and if this year is YOUR year to get in better shape, let’s sit
down and talk. I am here to help.

YOUTH ACTIVITIES

We had a successful finish to 2018 with some awesome
events in November and December. I was impressed with the
turnout for our Kids Days and how creative all the crafts
were. This year we will strive to bring new and innovative
programs to life. Our first major step in our youth program is
going to be Cotillion. This will start on Tuesday, February
5th and run until Tuesday, March 5th. It will be every
Tuesday for 5 weeks straight. See page 4 for more details. If
anyone has any questions on the Cotillion program or youth
events in general, please feel free to reach out to me.
