How to keep strong whilst remaining at home

Using a Kettlebell

The kettlebell first originated in 18th century Russia
a nd i s a ballof cast i ron with “horns” that shape into a
ha ndle. The handle is what is used the most, but the
horns are useful when different holds are needed, like
duri ng squats for example. So what’s special about a
kettl ebellcompared to dumbbells a nd other weight
tra i ning tools? A kettlebell’s weight i s not distributed
evenly l ike i t is with dumbbells. This creates the need
to counterbalance and stabilize your body during
kettl ebellexercises, which are a mazing for core
s trength, balance, a nd coordination.
