Senior Partner’s Message One more financial year has come to an end. However, in this message I do not want to refer to

the financial performance of our Firm.

This has been the most challenging year for the Firm. We have transitioned to a new era, and I am
confident that we will all together be successful in
strengthening further our Firm in the market against our
competitors thereby creating new opportunities for all of us.

We have decided to have our annual staff meeting in
September at which time we will review the past, but more
importantly we will present to you and discuss our plans for
the future of the Firm.

I would like to wish you all a relaxing summer break with your
family and loved ones and to be ready when you return for an
exciting and challenging new financial year.

Nick Vouniseas

We are happy to announce that we have moved to new offices in Thessaloniki.

The system will provide enhanced goal-setting capabilities, the ability to give and receive feedback more regularly,
an opportunity to track and prepare for regular performance conversations, and an easier approach to performance
assessments.
The new system comes with an overlay tool ‘WalkMe’, which is required to improve the user experience and
to help us integrate further updates of our new cloud based system. It is basically an intelligent help menu
(it’s the Help button) that takes users through the new system step-by-step!

What it takes to perform and lead at KPMG?

Foster innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation and experimentation to create value
Apply a strategic perspective: Use diverse sets of inputs to develop a broad perspective on business and people

we had something special

Further to the above, it is critical to clarify that audit evidence and business

insight are two sides of the same data. The D&A use the data we are already
examining for the audit and turns it into insights for the benefit of audit clients’
committees and management.

This will be enhanced through KPMG Clara. The insights that KPMG will
provide through KPMG Clara will help professionals and key stakeholders see
the business from a different perspective — whether through benchmarking
and peer comparison, use of external and unstructured data, or insight from
KPMG’s recognized industry expertise. Investors, for example, are increasingly
basing their decisions on unstructured data, customer experience and
economic indicators that may not exist in their own systems. We are
developing capabilities to bring this data into the scope of the audit. KPMG
Clara aims to provide clear, understandable visualizations of unusual activity in
our clients’ financial data. By using these tools and focusing more on the
exceptions and outliers for our clients, we will be able to enter into more
focused conversations with them about risks, and what they mean for the
audit and their business.

A new era for KPMG’s Dynamic Audit

Most of us know, that the way we perform financial statements audits has been established in the last 50 years. On the

other hand, the world has changed significantly, is changing and will always change.
Up to now, it was not feasible for an auditor to test all of the transactions of an organization from all divisions and analyze
them. For this reason sophisticated sampling techniques are applied to data prior to analysis which is fully fit for purpose.
It stands to reason that our audit technology needs to continue to evolve. Today, KPMG firms’ auditors can empower their
judgment, skepticism and experience with new technologies.
That’s why KPMG is launching a new smart audit platform named KPMG Clara.
KPMG Clara is the next era in our evolving dynamic audit.

Our New Leadership framework
“Everyone a Leader”

Our strategy highlights the criticality of becoming the most trustworthy and trusted firm by 2022. There is a recognition
that we simply can’t achieve this if we don’t raise our collective and individual performance – and that has to start with
being clear about what high performance looks like at KPMG.

Everyone a Leader framework articulates what high performance looks like at KPMG, and outlines the critical
competencies all of us need to demonstrate in order to drive enhanced performance individually and collectively.

These 9 competencies apply to everyone, distinguish KPMG from competition and will be
critical in making KPMG future-ready!

Central to the Everyone a Leader framework is the concept that all time to develop, motivate and coach others. By building meaningful,

Stronger
together

Our extraordinary, diverse people
are our most important asset.

KPMG is striving for a future where everyone feels included and diversity is
encouraged. We empower our people to be themselves and respect others
– it’s core to our values and what we’ve always believed in.

William Barclay Peat quoted “The recipe for success is good work. Do good
work and you will get work. There is no other way." This advice, delivered
by one of our founders remains as relevant for our firm today as it was a
century ago. It’s why our people maintain such a relentless focus on quality
and provide excellent client service in all we do.

I am confident that hard work, dedication, team work and a strategic focus
will guide you to your goals. This is what Christina Flampouri and Vanessa
Archontidou believe in and through their initiative “A woman can be”
reached the top of the world and raised the KPMG flag on Everest!

At KPMG we are aware of your individuality, your professional and personal
talents. You bring a unique perspective to the table. The path that led you
here, the experiences you’ve formed, the skills you’ve cultivated... they are
what enable you to contribute to KPMG in ways no one else can. You are
who you are, and that's who we want.

This new fiscal year let’s reveal once again the best of ourselves… and do
not forget that we are stronger when we work together!

Best regards
