Modern Market Rental is Just Good Rental. We offer unique, high end quality furniture for all your rental needs! We offer a variety of different types of furniture for all event types
including but not limited to:
Events | Private Parties, Weddings, Corporate
Staging | Short Term + Long Term
Film

Pricing + Quantity Available

Short Term Rental pricing is based up to a 7 day rental period. Contact us regarding extended rental time frames.

Long Term Rental pricing is based up to 30 day rental period. All additional months up to six months will be eligible for 10% off each month.

Reservation of Items
A $200 product rental minimum is required. We recommend a reservation of goods as soon as possible to secure item(s) selected for your event. A $50 deposit to guarantee dates
and times on your rental. This deposit will go towards your final invoice and is nonrefundable.

Delivery, Set Up + Pick Up
Self pickup from the warehouse or showroom is FREE. Please bring adequate handling items (ie. blankets, cardboard etc) for the leased products. If delivery, set up and pick up
services are needed, there is a minimum hourly fee of $150.

Payment Terms
Payment must be submitted before pickup/delivery unless special circumstances arise. If payment has not been paid beforehand, signed confirmation via email is needed with
credit card information on file to reserve.

If rented from Modern Market Showroom…
- Check 1: rental amount plus applicable tax
- Check 2: total retail value of item(s) with the subtracted rental amount / security check. When the furniture items are returned in it’s original
condition, the transaction is complete and Check 2 is returned.

If rented from MM In Stock Rental Inventory…
- Check or credit card: rental amount plus applicable tax and delivery/pickup.

Late Fees
Leased furniture rental time period is determined ahead of time and noted on the invoice. A 25% late fee will be applied of all items per day without a new term agreement.

Damages
Leased furniture is to be handled with care and to be returned to Modern Market in its original/new condition. Items will be inspected before and any pre-existing damages or
scratches will be noted. Rented items will be inspected after each lease by a Modern Market employee. In the event that any leased items are damaged, X party, agrees to pay the
remaining full retail cost or applicable costs to replace the item.

Cleaning Fee
Rental goods that are returned beyond normal wear and tear requiring professional cleaning services, the responsible party will be charged a cleaning fee based on severity of
item(s). An invoice will be issued and payment must be received in 5 business days.
