ABOUT THE COMPANY (FEETISH)

Fashion lifestyle Company engaged in retailing local and international
brands.

It started its operations in 2003. The company ’s engaged in retailing local DISTRIBUTION
and international brands mainly from its Principal located in Latin America
(referred to as ‘Principal’) and supplies it to its own retail stores, sub-
distributors & consignees.

INTERNAL ORDERING
PROCESS

1) Currently, the company’s internal ordering
process takes at least 3 weeks to consolidate
everything for ordering to its Principal. It involves
the retail stores, sub-distributors and consignees
manually entering orders in an excel spreadsheet provided by the Main office.

2) The company will need to check the orders of each customers with the order sheet submitted to them on a
monthly basis for accuracy.

3) Once all orders have been checked, the company consolidates all orders and submits final bulk order list to
Principal.

4) Order gets shipped from Latin America via cargo shipping, at least 3 months after date of order submission

management team, IT head and staff of the company. Screenshots of the documents
used in ordering were provided to have a better understanding of the ordering system.
Moreover, the company has online website for the ordering system but due to
confidentiality, we cannot disclose such.
