Welcome to the HAUGH PErforminG Arts CEntEr

On behalf of the Haugh Performing Arts Center at Citrus College, it is my sincere
pleasure to bring you our 2018/19 Season! This season captures the passion of live
performance in all forms. Engaging personalities and diverse voices invite you to Discover
the Haugh! This matchless combination of world-class artists and breakout performances

is designed to offer you a memorable escape, while creating unique educational

opportunities that benefit our students and enhance our campus community.

Think of the pages before you as a road map to laughter, excitement, and pure fun! Be it
the timeless sound of The Kingston Trio, the rock and roll verve of Micky Dolenz, or the
illustrious sound of GRAMMY® winners La Santa Cecilia, we hope you’ll hear your new
favorite song at the Haugh. You will certainly be dazzled by the on point comedy of Les
Ballet Trockadero de Monte Carlo, the antics of Frank Ferrante as Groucho Marx, and
the infectious charm of Charles Phoenix. It is our wish that the artists we’ve selected as
part of our 2018/19 Season ignite your sense of discovery, while creating new memories
for your friends and family.

As part of Citrus College’s Visual and Performing Arts Department we have the pleasure
of providing a stage for our students. From our all-new holiday spectacular Christmas Is...
and musicals like American Idiot, to Round 15 of Battle of the Big Bands, or our spring
dance concert Motion!, it is a joy to watch their talent and expertise grow! We invite you
to take a look at these engaging performances.

And, we invite you to get social and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to go
behind-the-scenes at the Haugh! Catch a glimpse of the amazing world of scenic design,
stop in to a sound check with one of our visiting artists, hear backstage stories from
students and staff, and get a look rarely seen by the audience.

And, finally, I would like to thank you for your continued goodwill, attendance, curiosity
and support of the arts at Citrus College. In this beautiful landscape of the San Gabriel
Valley and greater Southern California, we know there is no shortage of things to do.
Your renewed patronage is truly appreciated.
