experience in the cheese industry. During that long history we have developed
over 200 long standing partnerships with some of the best cheese producers in
the UK and across 19 countries in Europe, providing you with the opportunity to

consolidate your cheese supply.

CRICKETER FARM CHEDDAR

The rich green lush pastures of the rolling Somerset plains gave birth to
Cricketer Farm that has lasted more than 70 years. Today the cheddar
that carries the Cricketer name to the future is rich, resonant in avour,

Shirevale is a White Stilton producer based in the village of Cropwell
Bishop, Nottinghamshire. Shirevale is di erent to other Stilton
makers, as they don’t make any blue cheese on their site. So the
cheese made at Shirevale has a cleaner, fresher taste than most of it’s
rivals. This allows Shirevale’s Stilton to blend with fruit to create a
range of outstanding tasting cheeses.

NORTHUMBERLAND CHEESE CO.

Founded in 1984 by Marc Robertson, Northumberland Cheese Company
began at Soppit Farm, in Elsdon and moved to the Blagdon Estate 1996.
They strarted with a small ock of sheep making Redesdale cheese and
then further expanded into both cows and ewes milk cheese varieties to
create a unique range of handmade cheese.
