Following the initial client meeting, we develop a comprehensive marketing approach for the project,
incorporating all aspects of the proposed campaign, including responsibilities of the involved parties
(meetings, revisions, launch dates, project pieces and completion, etc.). This is a working document
for the whole team and is adjusted as the project progresses and generally covers a period of three to
six months. The client is kept up-to-date on all campaign progress and remains an integral part of the
