To solve a sudoku, the numbers 1 through 9 must fill each row, column and box. Each number can
appear only once in each row, column and box. You can figure out the order in which the numbers will appear by using
the numeric clues already provided in the boxes. The more numbers you name, the easier it gets to solve the puzzle!

REPUBLICAN CONSERVATIVE INDEPENDENCE SALEM LOCAL

Warren J. Lucas, Supervisor

I need your help. With two Town Council seats, both Judges, and the Town Clerk position in contention this
November 5th, I need your support to elect individuals with good judgment, and capable of making sensible
choices for our Town. We need a functional and pragmatic Town Council, a seasoned Clerk who has strong
administrative experience, and Judges with experience and conviction. Whether you
have been in North Salem for generations or just arrived yesterday, this is the team that
will allow me to preserve the North Salem that we all know and love. These individuals
are not only seasoned professionals, but are friends and neighbors to many of us, who
share a love of our Town.

BRENT S. GOLISANO, TOWN COUNCIL

Brent has served with me on the North Salem Town Council for the past four years, where he has helped hold
the line on tax increases, while finding innovative ways to preserve or enhance the services to which our
residents are accustomed. A graduate of N.S. High School, Marist College, and Roger Williams School of Law,
Brent has lived in North Salem for 42 years. Brent has been Judicial Intern at the Putnam County Supreme
Court, Legal Intern for the Judge Advocate, U.S. Military Academy at West Point, and Small Claims Arbitrator
for Bronx County. He was a N.S. Cub Scout Leader and now a Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troup 4 in Purdys.
Brent is dedicated to keeping taxes low, creating a supportive environment for existing businesses, while
maintaining the character of North Salem.

HON. JOHN M. ARONIAN, TOWN JUSTICE

Four years ago, John was elected to become our first new Town Justice in 30 years. He has served North
Salem with distinction, becoming an integral part of our Towns ongoing safety, stability, and overall
functionality. One of the youngest seated Justices in the county, John has been available for arraignments
24 hours a day for both North Salem as well as neighboring towns. During his term, the Court digitized
records and modernized procedures, keeping the calendar current despite an ever increasing case load. He
has lived and worked in North Salem for almost two decades. He is a dedicated volunteer with many of our
local institutions and charities. He has done a phenomenal job for our Town and I need his dedication and
experience to continue running the North Salem Court.

DANIEL SEYMOUR, TOWN JUSTICE

Danny and his family have lived in North Salem for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Boston College Law
School and has over 35 years of experience dedicated to practicing law in the Justice Courts of Westchester
County. Danny brings with him an incredible resume of legal experience, having served as a Westchster
County Assistant District Attorney, Mt. Kisco Village prosecutor, and as a Lewisboro special prosecutor. As a
parent of two children who grew up in North Salem and attended North Salem public schools, he is
personally aware of the life threatening dangers that confront many of our young people. His involvement
with the North Salem Planning Board, the Peach Lake community, and his board membership at MCCA
demonstrate his commitment to our community.

MARIA HLUSHKO, TOWN CLERK

Maria has been a pillar of our Town for 40 years. She has been Confidential Secretary to three town
Supervisors, active member of the North Salem Volunteer Ambulance Corps for 11 years (Captain for 9
years), and currently serving as our Town Clerk. Since becoming Town Clerk, she has brought new services
to North Salem including: E-ZPass tags, Notary Public, the Westchester County shredding truck, and the
Westchester County Mobile Passport Office. She has always been an integral part of our town administrative
offices. Her community service includes volunteering for the Lions Club, Soccer Club, Girl Scouts, Booster
Club and St. Joseph’s Choir.
