What is Social Distancing?

Social Distancing is one of the most effective ways to avoid coronavirus infection. It simply means
avoiding crowded settings, mass gatherings and maintaining a 6-foot distance from others when possible.
We know that this may mean missing an event you’ve been looking forward to, or breaking your weekly
routine, but it will also protect you and those around you.
Northwell Health is built for situations just like this

Technology

that
Brings

Your Home

to Buyers

Wherever They Are

Leveraging technology to reach buyers

If you've been thinking about selling, only to be blind-sided by recent market instability, your instinct
might be to hold off and stay put. That's understandable, but consider this: interest rates are at an
all-time low and inventory remains short. As a seller, this puts you in a unique position and I'm ready
to help you maximize your return in a market that's more complicated than ever.

I have the technology and marketing expertise to get your home sold, even if potential buyers are
stuck at home. With dedicated property websites, video tours, virtual open houses and targeted email
and social media marketing, I can leverage my technology to reach today's highly motivated buyers.

Give me a call today and we can develop a custom marketing plan exclusive to your home. I'll be here
with you for the entire process, from list-to-close, with your health and safety first and foremost.
