– Created Trauma Education for all Nurses throughout the Hospital in compliance with
the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation.
– Developed Certification Program for Arterial Blood Specimen Collection via
Phlebotomy as well as, Intravenous Insertion Certification
– Established Program for Blood Transfusion Certification
– Created Two-Day Trauma Conference held at a hotel for nurses: Trauma ‘86 and
