How to Register Online

1. Visit https://merrimack.recdesk.com to find the program you wish to register for
2. Create your family account by clicking on the link to the left.
3. Once your account is created; login to your account
4. Register for the camp/program/trip that you are interested in.

Accepted Online Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
1. DONE! Upon completion of your registration, you will receive instant confirmation of

your registration.

How to Register in person or by mail

1. Print and complete a registration form found on our website or using the one
provided on the back cover of this brochure

2. Write out a check payable to the Town of Merrimack (cash/card accepted in person).

WITHDRAWALS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATION AND TRANSFERS

1. Participants who wish to withdraw from a program must notify the Parks & Recreation
Department at least ten (10) days prior to the start of the program. All program
cancellations will be assessed a $10.00 administrative processing fee. All refunds will be
issued in the form of a check from the Town of Merrimack and may take up to two (2)
weeks to process.
2. Refunds may be given for medical reasons which arise less than ten (10) days prior to the
start of a program. In the event that a medical issue arises after the start of the program,
the refund will be prorated. For all medical cancellations wanting reimbursement, the
request must be accompanied by a physician’s letter.
3. If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund.
4. Participants will be permitted, if space allows, a transfer to another program. Should the
program the participant is transferring into have a higher fee, they will be expected to
remit the difference in fee at the time of requesting the transfer.

discount tickets to see Monster Jam at the SNHU Arena in Manchester.

Seats for the event are in Section 206, Rows G,H,J, K. Avoid paying the ticket master transac-
tion fees by purchasing your tickets thru us and save between $10 - $15 per ticket. Ticket will
be mailed to your home after you register

Don't let spring weather keep you inside! Meet other mothers/fathers/caregivers at 9am at $55
the Horse Hill Nature Preserve parking lot (184 Amherst Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054 ). From there,
walkers decide what trails they would like to enjoy together. When you register, we will send Fee:

Come join us for some quality time with your little one as they explore their creative side!
Making art can be a wonderful way for young children to relax and focus their energy on cre-
ating something that is uniquely theirs. The focus of this class will be on exploring the crea-
tive process, with each class resulting in an age appropriate craft that children will get to
bring home. We will explore with a variety of techniques, tools, and materials. Be sure to wear

These classes introduce a structured environment allowing children to recognize their own
individuality and body mobility. Focus on coordination and rhythm is introduced in creative
and imaginative ways, keeping students entertained while learning beginning dance skills will
help them acquire a love for dance. Students need to wear a black leotard with pink tights and
ballet shoes. Boys may wear a white t-shirt, black sweatpants or shorts, and black ballet

to the mighty Mesozoic era and the dinosaurs who ruled the earth. Go back in time to inspect

ga as well as folks in their 80s. It’s a question of what appeals to you and what works for your
body. Gentle yoga tends to be a slow and relaxing practice, and some people are drawn to

9Round is a 30-minute, full-body kickboxing circuit workout. The programs consist of a propri-
etary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a World Champion Kickboxer.

be available for you to borrow, or you may purchase your own from our gym. Hand wraps are

Our first stop is the home of the center of discovery of the HMS Titanic, the world re-
nowned Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and the national headquarters of the
International Wildlife Coalition. We then board the ferry to the island of Martha's Vine-
yard. Upon arrival, you will board a local bus for a sightseeing tour of the island. You will
learn about the history and lifestyles of the islanders as you pass thru Vineyard Haven.
There will be free time for lunch and shopping in the historic whaling town of Ed-
gartown. Complete your day on the island in Oak Bluffs. You may choose to stroll
through "Cottage City" with its brightly painted cottages and decorative "gingerbread"
