Woople FAQs

Why are the newest episodes in channels at the top?

Channels are the equivalent of a video blog. When you’re reading a blog,
the newest content always appears at the top of the page. Since channels
are updated with new videos, it makes sense for the new videos to
appear at the top of the list. That way, you will not have to scroll to the
bottom of the list when a new video appears.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by clicking the “I’ve forgotten my password
link” on the login page. Enter your email address, and you will be sent an
email with a link to reset your password.

Can Woople remember my password?

When you arrive at the login screen, there is a box that says “Remember me
on this computer.” When you click this box, you will automatically be
logged in to Woople.

How do I find content in Woople?

Woople provides you with a variety of ways to locate, sort, and search
for content. Simply access content by last viewed, most popular, or
select from categories, courses, or channels. You can also search for
specific topics or titles by typing your keyword into the search field. In
addition, you can easily star your favorite episodes to create your own
stars list for easy access to the content you want to reference often.

Can I suggest a new feature for Woople?

Yes! First, log in to your Woople application and navigate to the Community
link, located in the upper right corner. Tell us how you think we can make
Woople better, or place your vote for ideas already in the running. The
suggestions with the most votes could be the next feature or enhancement
you see on Woople. Make sure you visit the Community area and vote for
your favorite requests.

How to get a Woople account

1. Simply visit us at woople.com and click the
Request a Demo button or call us at 1-877-7woople
for your free 14-day trial.

2. Once we establish your account, you will receive a
welcome email. Click the link to set your password
and you are automatically logged in.

3. A dialogue window will prompt you to add users, or
you can skip that step and add users at a later time.

4. Easily access content from the dashboard or visit the
library to select from categories, channels, or
courses. Simply select a video and start learning!
